Ulasan Oswego Hotel

phenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩

Everything is great including location and services and amenities. The only downside is a little pricy compared with other hotels nearby. The hotel is doing a great job with its revenue management!

The Oswego Hotel is located in downtown Victoria just behind the beautiful Parliament building and the inner harbour. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We also had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was convenient and tasty.

It was pleasant experience for us to stay here in Victoria. This place was quite close to legislature building, and fisherman’s wharf that my family mainly wanted to check.

It’s sooo good and tidy! The location is awesome! Definitely will book it again!

This concierge charged me CAD 50 for a 40mins. delay in my check out. I thought this is very bad for a first timer and to think I have even ask for a late check out and they agree. I have stayed in many 5-stars hotel and this is by far the worst scam.

LOVED my stay here. A hidden gem in Victoria. It’s in James Bay (just on the cusp of downtown). I had a one bedroom queen suite, with an incredible view of the parliament buildings and downtown. I opened all of the blinds because I loved the view of the city scape at night. My room was spacious, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The soaker tub was perfect after a long day on the road. The bathroom was huge. Robes and slippers are always a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from other units or from outside. The hotel is tucked away in a residential area. The front desk agent was very friendly upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. Secure underground parking was perfect. 10/10 will stay here again.

Great location. My gf and i had a great time at Owego. It has a good view when heading back to the location from the village. The bathroom was a bit cold but we had great service.

此生最噁心的一次住宿體驗 性價比超低 房間大 但不乾淨 衞生間衹有浴缸 淋浴頭的水量相當小 衞生間沒有其他排水口 衹能站在浴缸裏 另外入房間的時候所有燈全開着 感覺很奇怪 最不可忍受的是 退房時間是上午11點 這點我在攜程平台以及check in的時候和酒店前台再次確認過 前台服務員甚至給我寫在紙條上 結果我上午出門遛彎回來才10點過幾分 突然發現找不到房間了 因為看見房間門大大開着都難以至信那是我的房間 結果有服務員正在打掃 她説我應該10點退房 ，並且扔掉了我所有的放在桌上的食物和 毛巾牙刷牙膏香皂頭繩等其他生活用品 找酒店前台 也沒個具體説法 讓人相當氣憤

酒店位置很好 可以步行去議會大廈和漁人碼頭 大堂很漂亮 服務也不錯 兩卧的公寓很大 沒有自己做簡單的食物 非常方便

環境：鬧中取靜，步行去博物館和議會廳都不遠。 衞生：乾淨整潔 設施：沒有空調衹有風扇，趕上了高温天有點熱，好在夜晚温度還是降了下來。 沙發床舒適度較差，衹能勉強應付一覺。

非常好的入住體驗，套房可做飯，樓高風景好，可以看見議會大廈的綠頂，交通方便，步行可以到許許多多景點。

前台態度很差，準備泡澡發現房間浴缸有頭髮
