Were able book sunset Zambezi river cruise, helicopter over Falls, and taxis . Get a taxi to “Rain forest” but hire a rain coat 🧥"

Excellent staff who helped with taxis. I saw in other reviews that there were internet issues. Our internet worked perfectly and we were even able to download movies for the trip. Perhaps because we lived in the building closest to reception."

"This place is actually on the edge of the city, but there is no point in living in the city center. It is not a city at all. It's about three to four kilometers away from the Great Falls ticket office. You can ask a black guy to call a taxi for you for $5. If you take a taxi yourself, it may cost US$10."

"We stayed at this hotel as hotels in Victoria Falls are very limited, expensive and overpriced that under deliver and overpromise. This hotel was not cheap compared to other locations but the game changer was a secure pick up and drop off service that ensured that you check in and out of the hotel safely. This is considered a 3 star hotel and it is about correct in its marketing. The staff were friendly and quite responsive. They had a swimming pool and basic room facilities that will get you comfortable as well a a tour table that sells tours mainly from the over domineering and monopolistic non locally owned Wild Horizons company. I gave it 4 stars mainly because of limited food options for lunch and dinner which makes it difficult to be self sufficient in the hotel."
