we didn't like it. the windows of our room faced a factory or enterprise that was making noise all night. there was very little choice for breakfast. the sink is leaking. and at night someone was jumping "on the head", everything could be heard

This hotel was more like hostel or bed & breakfast thing than hotel. There weren’t any customer service. Breakfast ran out in the morning. The waitress told us that ”all other customers have eaten all food”. Towels were meant for faces. We got towels for shower in the last evening. In the triple room the third bed was bad couch. There was something in the middle of the bed that disturbed sleeping. Only sheets were nice. That was very noisy room because we heard noisy steps in the upstairs.

We booked two nights here. The room was not clean, the floor was littered with nits of trash, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no toilet paper, and there was no attendant present to whom we could address our concerns. In spite of there stated “no refunds” policy we refused to spend a second bight there and booked a nice hotel room elsewhere.

We spent 1 night here on a stopover in Ljublana on a longer road trip. It's a nice place, with a comfy room, and nice quiet a**osphere. Includes free parking, and is dog friendly which is a must for us. Basic breakfast is included, which is nice. We arrived fairly late so did not encounter staff until morning, but received an email with clear instructions to enter and get our room key. It's located outside of the city center, but only about 20 minutes walk, which worked out fine for us to explore in the morning.
Some people may prefer this, but beware: the bed was extremely hard, and both my husband & I had sore backs the next day. Might be a nice touch to have a mattress topper in the closet where they had extra blankets available. Otherwise everything was great.

Overall, the property was fine-good breakfast, comfortable room, decent location for the price but the woman with the green hair was extremely rude and not very accommodating. If it wasn’t for our interaction with her on our last morning I would’ve given it 5 stars.

Basic 3 star property, free parking available, pretty clean except for a cobweb in 1 corner, about 20-25 mins walking to the center, no reception, so no one to ask anything, had trouble checking in since didn’t get instructions in advance, it’s a good thing had Wi-Fi at the front, they responded promptly. Breakfast is horrible, really 1 star for breakfast, otherwise decent budget stay
