Ulasan DoubleTree by Hilton Varanasi

Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)

Great hotel for Varanasi. Food is up to standard. Peaceful corner.

The bathtub was dirty, the kitchen was never popular, and the food didn't taste good. But the good thing is that Ctrip helped me upgrade the room type of the suite for free. Overall, it is good.

I didn't want to get sick in India so I booked a proper hotel. The amenities were good, but I don't know if it's worthy of the Hilton brand because they didn't prepare an extra bed even though I requested one, and they never delivered extra towels even though I asked for them.

There are no problems with hygiene and service. The restaurant is also very large. There are dishes from all over the world.

I belongs to Sunpharma group and my all staff is very enjoy the breakfast and delicious food and juice and coffee. And everything is excellent 👌 👏 one of the best hotel in varanasi. The service *** Mr Anand Yadav and Amar thNku so much everyone 👌 💪 🙂

Great location, guest Experience and comfortable rooms. As we stepped into the hotel we were greeted in true Varanasi style by beautiful Anjali calling it the Aati welcome. The overall service at the hotel is fantastic. Hoshi in particular was very attentive and took time to explain to us about the local food and preparation. The rooms are spacious, comforted furniture the wooden floors gives the room a good ambience

Very very bad experience, all staff are unprofessional,very bad service, dhaba's staff are more trained to this hotel staff, one time any one go there,and never ever go again, food taste is very bad, thik is 0 star hotel, full money waist hotel

I chose to stay at the Doubletree for my brief visit to Varanasi because I know what standards to expect, and this property delivered on all fronts. From a very warm welcome upon my arrival at the hotel to the quality of the breakfast (both western and Indian) and dinner offerings, to the very comfortable rooms. And of course there’s always the delicious DoubleTree cookie which always goes down a treat. While the hotel is around 15 minutes by car from the various ghats which lead down to the Ganges River, I found the Doubletree to be the perfect oasis from all the energy(read noise!!) that comes with visiting India.

Wwo Very Exclusion Dinner of Double tree by hitlon varanasi. Unbelievable service and neat and clean propertyy. Of Hilton hotel. I have membership.and i am regular constuomer of Hilton hotel. I highly recommend to all new one and families please come and enjoy the dinner buffee. the Resturent Manager Mr. Rohit he is very Gentleman he is very take care of us. specially thank mr Anand he is provided excellent service thankuuu. We were there to attend a wedding event at this place.Had pathetic experience. 1-There starter ended @ 21:00 hrs. 2-In soup section sweet corn soup was kept but accompaniments were not there.Server was unaware what is accompaniment. 3- 600 guest Booking was done They placed only one buffet in Pre function are of swarnim hall. 4- Dessert finished no one is there to refill for 30 minutes. 5 - Dessert plate finished for long period. Staff said why are you asking me ask to manager. 6- Manager Mr. Rakesh was helples and he was pretending like don't know what is happening. 7- Long que in buffet dinning till 2300hrs. GM Mr. Jitendra was on floor but unfortunately he was focused on sensor glass doors to be kept closed not bothered about mis management. ……............... Suggestion Swarnim Hall was spacious you were supposed to place 2 buffet one inside hall another in Pre function area. Decor was beautiful, Food was delicious specially Dal makhani. But because of poor service we were not able taste other items. Hope you improve your services.
