The car couldn’t stop in front of the hotel entrance. It was big rain, we need to run across the rain to enter the door. Not convenient!

It‘s a very modern and clean hotel. It is located behind the Marriott and has another entrance. Breakfast was good and quite a good selection of food. The price of the room was ver fair too. Staff was friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. I can highly recommend this hotel in Jintan.

辦個入住等了50幾分鐘，硬生生的站在前台那裡等，幾個完全不懂操作的小毛孩在辦理入住。這哪像一個連鎖酒店的服務？真不搞不懂，最差的一次入住體驗，沒有之一。

房間不算大乾淨整潔，早餐麪條的底湯挺好吃五一假期人多水果沒吃上牙刷太小最好能換換窗外遠處是錢資湖公園總體滿意隔壁是萬豪酒店停車都很方便免費

性價比挺高的，價格便宜。5.1訂也才200多，房間衞生有一些小死角，不過這個價格還要什麼大白菜呢。床睡的挺舒服的。早餐全素的，沒啥好吃的。

1衞生：被子、枕頭一股***的汗臭 2環境：房間隔音差，走廊小朋友嬉笑聲音聽的清清楚楚，樓上光腳在房間走動的聲音也很清楚 3酒店服務：晚上23點多點外賣送不上來，打電話問前台回覆機器人故障，那麼請問一下酒店，電梯本身有梯控，外賣小哥沒辦法送到房間，如果酒店機器人故障，那麼酒店是否應該準備好備選方案？而不是等到客人打電話詢問，前台值班人員回覆讓客人自己下樓拿！晚上23點客人已經脱光洗好，這個時候讓客人自己下樓拿是不是不太合適，前台值班女員工電話語氣明顯不耐煩。 4酒店服務：保潔阿姨粗心大意，打掃完房間臟毛巾收走後不更換乾淨毛巾，一定要客人打電話到前台要同樣的萬楓，金壇萬楓的整體服務比蘇州萬楓差的太遠，以上評價各位網友可參考，謹慎選擇
