去年來過，今年再次體驗。無可挑剔的好酒店，不僅是出色的設計酒店，更是融入在大自然的美景之中，成為可欣賞可享受的美景的一部分。

温泉不能拍照，但真的是非常非常好的體驗～ 服務也很專業，一個美好的週末。

This hotel is an absolute Swiss gem for pure relaxation and 5* service from the entire team. A most memorable experience once again.

I would like to share my experience of visiting this truly unique and incomparable hotel - in the best possible sense of the word. It is an unforgettable, secluded retreat from the pressures and demands of everyday life, perfectly harmonizing with nature. Not in a wild or rustic way, but with an unmistakable sense of elegance. If you are an aesthete and a connoisseur of beauty, someone who appreciates the exclusive and the exceptional, then I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this remarkable place. I was left with the most delightful impressions from everything I had the pleasure to experience during my stay. From the exquisite gourmet restaurants, the panoramic breakfast views, the world-class Spa with its thermal waters, to the cloud like comfort of the pristine white bed in my room. After such a thoughtfully curated experience, one cannot help but drift into a deep and restful sleep, exactly what is needed to conclude the day on a perfect note. I had the privilege of staying in a room designed by the esteemed architect "Tadao Ando", and this was far more than just accommodation. It was an immersion into something greater, something timeless. A living testament to a brilliant vision, thoughtfully brought to life. Being in this space made me feel like a part of that story. Every detail of the interior serves as a quiet reminder of this and inspires one to reach for something more. I must also highlight the courteous and highly professional staff who seemed to anticipate my every need, often before I even voiced it. They are the ones who create this unique atmosphere, and from the first moment until the last, it was an absolute pleasure to be surrounded by such dedicated individuals. Whatever your expectations or requirements may be, rest assured they will be met promptly, seamlessly, and always with a smile. This place is, after all, all about tranquility and understated style, and they deliver this in the most effortless, professional and graceful manner. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Jäger - the Front Office Manager, who personally ensured the highest level of service during my stay. We came for Zumthor's spa, which we absolutely loved, especially during the night opening. The design of the baths creates a mood that is hard to describe but is truly special. As to the hotel House of Architects, we very much appreciated the obvious professionalism of staff, the atmosphere in the bar, and the quality of the breakfast. All of this comes at high prices, so we felt lucky to have been able to have this experience. Excursion tip for the summer: take the public bus up to the hydroelectric dam, cross the dam, walk back to Vals from there, with a break at the halfway restaurant. Superb views! More

The place is amazing architectural marvel. The staff is so nice, professional and helpful. Food is top quality. And the baths are very relaxing. All the experience was very high quality on all level. I recommend this place if you need some rest and disconnecting far from the tumultuous everyday life in big cities.

The hotel, staff, food, ambiance, spa and amenities were absolutely amazing. We stayed in the House of Architects where the rooms are definitely on the cosy side, but there was so much to do and enjoy that we barely spent any time in there anyway. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, special getaway.

Sadly, the hotel did not meet our expectations. We were put at the 1st floor, so no view. We can clearly hear all of the people in the rooms around us. We did not have a lot of hot water in the shower. No explication on thing that should have been explained (like the shower utilisation).

The service was attentive and friendly. Food quality was impeccable. Definitely felt like a home away from home. The spa suites were amazing with the bathtub views and the steam shower that combined with the excellent thermal spring facilities downstairs made me not want to leave the hotel for entire stay. Highly recommended to visit if you enjoy thermal baths and need some time to rest.

While the Thermal baths are absolutely brilliant the hotel accommodation was disappointing. The Thom Mayne room was very small with little room to move around the bed. While the view over the Zumthor baths and Alps was lovely the odd bath pod took up too much space. The rear of the room was overtly dark and the lighting design overtly complicated. We will return to Vals and the baths but probably not this hotel.

What an excellent getaway after a Ski Trip or Business trip, The rooms and the architecture are unique, the service is super friendly, I had to leave early to the airport and I was packed 2 full bags of food and beverage, When you're in the spa you feel like you live in a dream

We were looking for a special hotel in the Swiss Alps for a few nights to relax and recuperate following some lengthy healthcare in the UK. We didn’t want to ski but still wanted to be in the mountains. How lucky we were to find 7132 Hotel in beautiful Vals. This is pure luxury in a stunning setting without being pretentious or flashy. The guests seem to be very discreet, polite and quiet which was exactly what we hoped for. No preening selfie obsessed residents here thank goodness!! We were greeted with a complementary glass of champagne and a free upgrade to a spacious spa room. The room was exquisitely appointed and we loved sitting on our balcony taking in the view. Breakfast time was yet another treat as we were able to eat in the Silver restaurant dining room, more fabulous views and a delicious menu with plenty of Swiss delicacies to try. For dinner we tried Red restaurant, de Papa and the restaurant at Hotel Glenner in the village, all three restaurants are part of the 7132 brand. Service across the hotel and restaurants was unfailingly excellent. But the highlight of our stay has to be the Therme! Such a wonderful experience to bathe outside in the warm waters surrounded by magnificent mountains covered in snow. We will definitely return to this beautiful place and highly recommend it.
