A great place to stay and discover Valencia. Situated a few meters from the City of Arts and Science, hemisphere and oceanographic museum. The personal is absolutely nice and available to make your stay nice and easy. Meals and breakfasts were tasty and always served with high quality service. Great personal at the restaurant too.

Perfect location, very comfortable and well priced flat, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back to both Valencia and these flats in the future. It's very nice to have the El Bar restaurant downstairs, open 24/7 to get food when you don't feel like cooking.

We were a group of 8 staying in 2 apar**ents. Fabulous location and right beside the Arts and Sciences museum. Apar**ents were spotless, well equipped with very comfy beds and lots of room. We ate in El Bar while waiting for our rooms to be ready, great food at reasonable prices and lovely staff. The young concierge at Reception was amazing, his English was excellent and he was so knowledgeable about all the areas we wanted to visit. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day which meant we got to spend more time in this amazing city, I would definitely stay here again

Great location as it’s close to the beach and there is an amazing mall located a 10 minute walk which has all the essentials plus more you could want. However I stayed here for 3 nights and had poor sleep every night. I was able to hear a lot of noise coming from upstairs kids screaming people walking around all hours of the morning which was a shame. The cleaning scheme left is every 3 days I would have preferred a daily clean. I would recommend to anyone staying here to eat at the restaurant el bar downstairs outside the hotel.

Overall experience was very good. Reception staff were amazing and were very knowledgeable about the city and answered any queries we had. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Food in the restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced.

Perfect accomodation with breakfast. Spacious apar**ent, very clean, all amenities. Friendly and helpful staf, thanks for the reception team very polite and always trying to help. The El Bar restaurant was magnificient, both for breakfast and A' la Carte Menu. Definetly we'll recommend to all future visitors.

This was an absolutely brilliant place to stay in Valencia. The staff on reception are exceptional. So helpful, and accommodating. The inclusive breakfast was so lovely, and when. We had to leave before service began to catch an early flight the staff arranged a packed breakfast, which lasted us breakfast and lunch! It was so huge. They accommodated my daughter’s food allergies wonderfully as well which was so wonderful. The location is brilliant for the aquarium and city of arts and sciences, and a short bus ride to the beach or old town as well. As it’s a more residential area it’s a bit quieter at night. The road is a little bit noisy, but it’s a city so it’s expected. The restaurant downstairs is lovely, we had some great tapas on our first evening as well. 4 days wasn’t enough really!!

Central location. Walking distance to the old town and to the beach. We needed only 50 minutes to the beach. Spacious room and very clean. Resaurants available and a choice of supermarkets one of which is open over the weekend. The reception is available 24 hrs and very friendly service. Fluent in English and Spanish of course ;-)
