"The hostel is located in a small alley, just a few minutes' walk from the church and the popular central market, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The hostel is connected to its own cafe, and the kitchen is large, perfect for cooking. The staff are also very enthusiastic; they even upgraded me to a four-person female dorm with a large window for free. The only downside is that the luggage storage room isn't locked, which doesn't feel very secure. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!"

"Amazing Hotel, excellent location in Ruzafa area with lots of restaurants. The staff were very helpful especially in changing the room, kettle, and towels. The breakfast and staff serving were excellent. Nice egg white Spanish omelette and the fresh orange juice was awesome. Very happy and would visit anytime again. The fallas festival was super lively especially the street bbq, lighting , food and drinks caravans and the decorations were super. Alot of effort put in. Fireworks were amazing at 2.00pm every day. The crowd was lively."

"I visited Centenari in Valencia on Sunday 25 January 2026 with my family. This was meant to be a treat and a special breakfast experience at what is presented as a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of that promise. We waited around 20 minutes before anyone took our order, despite the restaurant being quiet and clearly not busy. From the outset, the lack of urgency and attentiveness was noticeable and disappointing. The service throughout breakfast was poor. Communication was difficult, with staff frequently failing to understand us, which only added to the delays. The quality of the food and drinks did not match the pricing or the five-star positioning. The coffee and hot chocolate were not good, and overall the standard of what was served did not justify the cost, which was extremely high for what we received. This felt like a basic offering being sold at a premium price. What makes this more frustrating is that during this trip I was staying at Only YOU Hotel Valencia, where the level of customer service was consistently excellent. The contrast could not have been clearer. Quite frankly, the team at Centenari would benefit from visiting Only YOU to see what good service actually looks like in practice. The final disappointment was the bill, which arrived incorrect and then took a further 15 minutes to resolve, with no clear explanation provided. I am a seasoned traveller and return to Valencia frequently, but I will not return to this hotel. I share this feedback constructively and would welcome the hotel reaching out if they would like more detail. I am happy to help, but this experience was highly disappointing."

"One of my favorite hotel in Spain. The rooms was a tad small but tastefully renovated. I love the breakfast, it was an amazing spread with both local cuisine and international well represented. We were split for choices with the food. Not forgetting, they have the best coffee bar in any hotel we have visited. The barista will make any specialty coffee to your fancy, from a coffee cocktail, siphon coffee, V60 drip coffee, Italian espresso or simply a con leche. The egg station was another level of preparation with attention to plating and details. Overall, we were glad that we paid for breakfast. The view of the breakfast area gives a bird's eye view of the city as a bonus!"

For 2 days it is very nice as the room that i was assigned to had a small cute terrace, the bed was comfortable and even though i had to share the bathroom with 3 other people, it did not cause any problems and most of the time you don’t hear them. "The bed looks clean. However, numerous small red spots appeared suddenly on my skin since staying there. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and the possibility of insects in the bedding. The toilet arrangement makes no sense. There are 3 rooms, yet the only female toilet is located inside one of the rooms. If you unfortunately live in the other 2 room without toilet, the only toilet plus shower for you to use is the disabled toilet. I tried to use my key to access the room with the female toilet, but it did not work. In contrast, the male toilet is located separately and positioned outside. Last, there was no ID check at all upon arrival, which raises safety concerns."

"What a nice hostel, everything is new, the staff is super friendly, and the guy on night duty even made a delicious espresso himself at 4 in the morning when I had to go to the airport. Everything was good, and yes, there might be small points for improvement, but that is just additions, like a small shelf by your bed to put things on. The only thing I found a pity was that you couldn't just grab a beer or wine there in the evening to have a drink with other travelers. But despite that, it certainly deserves a solid 5 stars."
