I never stayed at this facility….I’m sure after some REQUIRED and necessary changes….it will be a good stay for someone….just not me…..I need THE LUXURIOUS LIFE…for a fraction of the price with my husband Mr. Labossiere…

The towels were thin and had stains on them. The walls had noticeable brown marks. The fan on the ceiling had dust fuss stuck to the blades.
One good thing was that the air conditioning worked well to keep the room cooler then outside.

Io non so come le persone abbiano potuto dare più di 2 stelle ad una struttura così vecchia e fatiscente. Inizio dalla mancanza di servizio navetta dopo che era stata “promessa” come opzione. La stanza molto ampia ma per la pulizia lascia a desiderare: capelli nel letto e polvere a terra e sui comodini… Il bagno sembra del 1850 e probabilmente, se è stata fatta una ristrutturazione, è stata fatta anche male perché la stanza è piena di difetti e sporca. Capisco il prezzo però sarebbe utile rivedere almeno il discorso PULIZIA! No anche solo per una notte

El hotel tiene un precio bajo pero eso no implica que el servicio sea malo, rente 6 habitaciones para cuatro personas cada una y no había toallas me dijeron solo una toalla por habitación y como no me iban a resolver el tema su respuesta fue pues llamen a hoteles y cancelen … no lo recomiendo

El Check In está un poco tardado
Para el estacionamiento no hay un portero o vigilante fijo. Hay que hablar para que te abran y muy de noche ni te contestan

Me gustó el estacionamiento seguro. Y no me gustó el colchón ya es muy viejo y se unde y amanecí con dolor de espalda. Almenos la avitasion q nos tocó. Por lo demás bien

Por el precio accesible, los cuartos si están muy limpios, pero la vista da a la calle nada agradable, por su ubicación muchísimo ruido de los transportes pero cerca del centro Aurrera, cañón del sumidero y a varias atracciones,y cuando llueve se encharca demasiado alrededor, y el desayuno muy limitado

el hotel esta en plena carretera en una estación de gasolina, tiene la ventaja que encontraras taxis a cualquier hora, tiene un oxxo a lado que te brinda ayuda al momento de comprar tus snacks.
Esta cerca del sumidero.
Cuando llegamos la ducha estaba dañada y no teníamos agua caliente, lo comunicamos al recepcionista y lo arreglaron al día siguiente.
El café como tal no tenia buen sabor, así que preferíamos comprarlo en el oxxo para acompañarlo con el desayuno que si era bastante decente.
