I went for dinner on 24th Feb 2024. I ordered food and was waiting for food to arrive for about an hour. Even after asking the restaurant ***ager about the food, more than 4 times, I didn't get any response from him, not even a polite word of concern mentioning "the food would be ready". Infact he saw me calling him more than 4 times but didn't come forward to even respond. Infact, I've been to this place since it was open. I would never visit this place hereafter. The owner of this place is a very nice ***. The whole city knows him. But the staff's gestures and behaviour spoils this entire beautiful property's experience. Above all, I care for the owner's reputation. I will never visit this place hereafter.

We had a family get together at our place and was feeling extremely happy. Good and polite staffs. Awesome property and amenities. Good maintenance by the staff. Rooms were neat and clean. Had a wonderful stay with SATHYA team.

I had an exceptional experience at Sathiya Park & Resorts! The customer service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely excellent. The place was impeccably clean and neat, and the morning breakfast was delightful. The staff's behavior was commendable, especially under the leadership of Mr. Sudalai Muthu, the Operations ***ager. I highly recommend this resort; it truly offers an international standard of service. If I could, I would give it a 5+++ rating on Google. I had my wedding reception here. The place was beautiful which helped us decorate the way we liked. Food was appreciated by everyone who attended the reception. The lawn was maintained very well and the whole dining experience was ***aged excellent by Mr. Raja Singh. He was very patient and listened to all my requirements and made it possible right from room booking at last minute, suitable pricing and food suggestions to make the event amazing.

Hospitality is just great. I am planning to conduct my future celebrations here. The food is good and they are ready to make changes according to our taste. They have contacts for decorations, musics and much more. Just get in contact with Rajasingh who was my contact person throughout the event, I believe that he can take care of all your needs happily.

the food was awesome cottages and suite was very nice but house keeping very poor as we had to call them every time to clean such nice campus--maintenance only 3 stars i can give spl thanks to Mr.Sudalai who was when ever we called him

Beautiful grounds and really well kept. The rooms are large as is the balcony but they are tired and the bathroom was terrible. The shower tray was plastic and cracked and was not safe to be used. The sink was cracked too. The toilet too left a lot to be desired. The water was hot. The bed was comfortable. You need to have an Indian number to log into the internet but they sorted this for us. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice. The main restaurant was closed so the only choice in the evening was to eat outside or room service. Food was nice. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance during our stay

My brother's wedding was planned here. Right from December the day that plan started till the event happened, the whole team was so kind and always walked an extra mile. on the day of event , rain came and to keep us happy they went ahead and made tents on their own expenses to give us a wonderful experience. The Lawn was fantastic and the whole team obliged well.Special mention to Rajasingh who co- orsinated with us. Even in the night by 11:30 he was there and helping us any day. Sathya resort and the whole team - Kudos . Exceeded expectations

Last week end I stayed in this hotel@301suite room. Breeakfast and other meals are excellent.Best service and landscape. All the ***agers did their personalised service Especially G.M,O.M,F&B***ager,chef& restaurant ***ager.Clean and comfortable rooms. Really worth for money. I strongly recommend.
