Ulasan Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

We had a great time! Plenty of activities to do in plenty of things to see oh just a wonderful location. My only complaint is I was in Kassav four and the ice machine was never repaired the week I was there. I have to make that statement because it’s such an inconvenience to go to the other castles or qualifies so it’s all a complaint,

The whole experience was excellent. The gentleman at the front Sebastian was very attentive on a daily basis. Would send us emails or text every day making sure everything was OK. Definitely would visit this location again.

There is a zoo on Cozumel Island across from the hotel, where several manatees are kept. The manatees are well taken care of. The keepers only feed them fresh lettuce leaves, and the unfresh leaves are peeled and sent to the hotel to make lettuce salad. 1. The food is terrible. Even the most difficult steakhouse to book is average. The waiter in the restaurant is impatient to ask you to order quickly. 2. You can only book dinner after checking in. If you go late, all restaurants are likely to be fully booked. 3. The room service is slow and unpalatable. 4. The distance from the room to the lobby is far and you have to take a battery car, but you have to wait a long time for a battery car to appear.

The price/performance ratio is very high, but the room is very average, and it is very far away, so you have to rely on a car to travel. It is an all-inclusive hotel, and the three meals are also quite satisfactory. The beach is relatively small, but the sea view is still very beautiful!

The room is a bit old, but the facilities are quite complete. The restaurant quality is also OK, and the services are also good! Overall, it is still recommended!
