Quite a good hotel. The location is excellent. All the sights are nearby. Tram T1 is a few steps away. Convenient transport. There were inexpensive cafes nearby. I liked it! I recommend...

On my last night in Turkey, I returned to Istanbul and found this hotel to stay in the old town. I had to get up early the next day to catch a flight back home, so I chose this relatively cheap hotel when booking. The shortcomings are obvious. The "Superior Double Room" I chose is on the first floor. It is very narrow and does not match the picture. You can only squeeze through the bed by turning sideways. The whole room is very old❗️Damp❗️There is a strange smell❗️The bed sheet even has a hole❗️Tourists who are reading this review please believe other people's negative reviews. 😅 But if you are a traveler who strictly controls the budget, it is okay to choose here because the location is really good, and you can walk to all the popular attractions in the old city. 😊But please be prepared that there will be no service. I have stayed in 4 hotels in 3 cities in Turkey and this is the only one that will not even help you carry your luggage to the room...😐 There are no photos of the room because I really don’t like them, please see the photos posted by other users🙁

The hotel is within walking distance of all major attractions. Comfortable room close to big supermarket

Very disappointed. Apart from the advantage of being close to the attractions, there is no advantage. The environment is very poor, not clean, the sheets are not clean, there is no quilt, not provided, only a thin sheet. The washbasin is leaking and the ground is very slippery, easy to fall. The room was damp.

Good location, breakfast included

The room is ok, the service is very good, the breakfast is good

I wasn't given the room I payed for in advance They didn't let me enter the room before it was cleaned but problem was the lady didn't clean the room until 13pm She was sitting in lobby doing nothing until 12.30pm They dont care about customers.

Dangerous When you complain on more than one occasion about the electricity socket sparking and unsafe Which leaves you with having to boil kettle in bathroom Definitely class as Dangerous and unsafe Although staff were very friendly and location was perfect for a tourist I wouldn't return to this hotel Internet connection was terrible for entire week that we stayed I had to keep going to breakfast room and found one seat that gave a signal Breakfast OK nothing special Toaster needs updating All in all friendly staff perfect location but wouldn't return

We stayed at this hotel three nights during our city break in Istanbul. The location is excellent, as the hotel is situated in the hard of the city, near to every touristic point. Great value for money, especially that the parking is across the street (and is this city you really need a safe parking place). Staff is polite and very friendly, rooms are clean but not very big but are ok if you are planning to spend to much time in it. Breakfast is satisfactory, reflected in the price – as I mentioned this is great value for money. I will consider to stay at this hotel again at my next stay in Istanbul Enjoy,

Nice room, clean, comfortable, good breakfast. One of the places with a better breakfast selection compared to many others. Quite a nice hotel The reception staff was not the politest we have come across

We spent 8 nights at the Miran Hotel. Checking In & Out was a breeze. The staff were pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable, filled us for most of the morning. We had hassles with the airport transfer on the day we checked out and the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Were it not for them I might have had an anxiety attack trying to sort the transfer. The hotel is situated perfectly to get around in any direction!

I asked for reservation for room with 2 single beds and chose smoking unit/room. Payed in advance as were the terms of reservation. They didn't give me the smoking unit/room and acted like it was my fault I didn't get room for smokers. I asked for room cleaning and of course didn't get one. They lie when offer rooms just to take money but then don't respect their part of the deal. They just lie!!!
