We booked this hotel based on positive reviews but the reality was much different. They were not at the average standard for an international hotel. No one of the staff at the reception desk was able to speak English which is weird if they want international customers. It took us a long time to make us understand to book a taxi that only thanks to online translation (at the end we used our own app). The following morning we left early so we booked a breakfast box for which the desk made a note for the restaurant. That however was not ready at the moment of our departure. Fortunately in the morning the staff run and made it for us since nothing was ready. If you stay at this hotel be prepared to some difficult communication.

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning during our stay and was unpleasant due to the hot weather. Only upon check-in completion, we were told the air conditional is under maintenence.

The room is very clean and hygienic! The service is very good, new toiletries are replaced and cleaned every day. The dry and wet areas are separated, and the bath water is very good! The scenery downstairs is nice and the transportation is convenient!

First of all, let me talk about the location. Metro Line 2 is not far downstairs. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Wuyi Square, Juzizhou, and Yuelu Mountain. If you don't want to take the subway, you can walk to Wuyi Square, Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, Pozi Street, etc., which takes about 15 minutes. Tianxin Pavilion and Baisha Ancient Well are about 30 minutes away. It is a 5-minute walk from Rice Noodle Street. Convenient transportation. Let's talk about the room. It is a typical Vienna hotel style. It doesn't need to be too luxurious. It has everything it should have. I prefer pillow mattresses. I have a good rest. The front desk lady also upgraded my room. I can overlook Furong Square on the 23rd floor and feel the nightlife of the Star City Changsha. Safety. The elevator needs to swipe the card, so the safety is guaranteed

The hotel is in a very good location. There is Metro Line 2 right outside the hotel. It is convenient to go anywhere in Changsha. The hotel facilities are even better. I booked this hotel on Ctrip. The hotel has complete facilities, high cost performance, good environment, good location, convenient shopping and dining nearby, the room is very good and I like it very much, especially the hygiene is clean and tidy.
