床品很乾凈。早餐品類繁多，重要的是好吃。非常滿意的住宿

由於匆忙預訂，選擇了位置方便的酒店. 但是酒店隨意安排了2樓 一進門都是灰塵... 保險櫃也是鎖着的 不能用. 唯一感到安慰的是酒店自助早餐 性價比高.

very well situatied near 2 big shopping "malls" // printemps and lafayette... small rooms but this is normal for Paris. great staff. very clean! spotless....decent breakfast.very nice and expensive bath products from a well known brand...free minibar...yet no alochol....very quite in the room....bath were also very clean...nice mattrasses....

Very nice hotel and very close to the St. Honore shopping center and Laffayet Gallery, there are Asian restaurants. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly, I can leave my Luggage before checking in. A really extraordinary hotel... I will come back here again. And mr. Aries the reception staff, provides the best service

Small and clean hotel with a good service and a great location. Good value for money . Near the Madeleine and shopping area ,the coffee shops and Fauchon. So you can very practically have breakfast in different places everyday. Would recommend it

A decent hotel in the heart of the city, close to all the tourist attractions. the reception staff is very helpful and always at hand to offer help. the room is petit, it was ok for a single occupancy but definitely not for another person. the bathroom is very tiny so after shower you have to dry yourself in the little area between the bathroom and the bed. Keep the windows closed as there is nothing to see from here! Breakfast is limited with only tiny sitting space much better cafes nearby

Everything would have been perfect without staring at the ceiling every night wondering what those beams are for. Our agent booked us a classic double room. Never stayed in a room with beams in a any city hotel we've travelled in Europe except this one. Food, bakery, grocery and pharmacy are very accessible near this hotel.

This hotel is nice and clean. But the rooms are very small - even by European standards (there is about one foot from the bed to the wall and one foot from the bed to the bathroom.) For families, they have what they call connecting rooms. This is not a connecting room like you’d find in America where there is a door inside the rooms to physically connect them. Instead, it is two rooms at the end of the hall and then there is one master door that can be closed off to separate from the rest of the hall. But the two rooms are still completely separate from each other. We have teenagers so it’s fine. I would not want this as connecting rooms with younger children though.

Room I was assigned was very small. It was like a room in a cellar or basement of a building; no windows; felt very uncomfortable. The bathroom that was very small was just next to my bed separated by a sliding door. No extra space to move around that everything was crammed; suitcase, etc.

We arrived on July the 4th in a last minute reservation. Unfortunately my bank refused the transaction at the beginning, and due to that the hotel canceled my reservation. My concern is that even though I solved the problem with my bank and the hotel collected the full amount of my reservation (2540 Euros), The decision to cancel the reservation didn’t change and no refund was done. I feel cheated.

We made a very last minute booking at this hotel, didn't expect much but we were really pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent for getting to a lot of the major sites on foot. The room and bathroom are very compact (tiny) but despite that, the room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The night receptionist and day receptionist were really friendly and helpful, so nice to be welcomed by friendly staff. The front facing rooms might be a bit noisy during weekdays, as it looks like there is a building site directly opposite the hotel. Would definitely recommend for a short stay with minimum luggage.

Nous avons heberge a cet hotel et c’etait une tres belle experience. La chambre etait impeccable, propre et acceuillante. Le service extraordinaire due a son staff qui sont professionnels et serviable et qui vous font sentir chez vous. Pour sur je retournerais a cet hotel a la prochaine occasion.

Ik heb een dubbel gevoel bij dit hotel. De ontvangst door de receptioniste was zeer vriendelijk en aangenaam. De ligging van het hotel is eveneens zeer goed. Tot zo ver de troeven van het hotel. De kamers zijn aan de kleine kant hetgeen niet abnormaal is voor Frankrijk. Wij hadden een communicerende kamer 603 - 604. Wij vonden de kamers per nacht wel prijzig, zijnde meer dan 600€/nacht voor een gezin van 4 inclusief ontbijt. Voor 2 nachtjes waren wij meer dan 1200€ kwijt voor een hotel dat volgens mij geen 4* waard is. De eerste avond was het meer dan 24° in de kamer. Blijkbaar kan er in heel het hotel maar in systeem draaien, zijnde koeling of verwarming. Gezien onze kamers net onder het dak lagen, was het er veel warmer dan in de kamers die lager gelegen waren in het hotel. Wanneer ik ging vragen waarom de airco niet werkte, kreeg ik als uitleg dat er een centraal systeem is in het hotel en dat de andere kamers koeler waren en nog verwarming nodig hadden. Hierdoor was er dus geen airco mogelijk in onze kamer. Jammer voor een 4* hotel van meer dan 1200€ voor 2 nachten. Wat betreft het ontbijt... Is in een zeer kleine eetzaal in de kelder. Niet echt aangenaam en zoals reeds vermeld in vorige reviews, wordt het buffet niet tijdig aangevuld. Geen ramp maar voor 1200€ mag een mens iets kritischer zijn natuurlijk. Conclusie: matig hotel maar veel te duur voor hetgeen men krijgt. Ligging is wel goed.

O hotel é agradável, o pequeno almoço é muito pobre, sumo de laranja artificial. Estivemos 7 noites, na 2 noite a 1 hora da manhã o alarme de incêndio tocou porque estavam a fumar em algum quarto, o rececionista não chamou a policia nem sabia o que fazer para desligar o alarme, foi muito mau! Tivemos que sair dos quartos.Se fosse mesmo fogo, as escadas em alcatifa e paredes em papel, ia ser catastrófico. Não volto a ficar em hotéis deste tipo.
