It is deceiving on the outside. There's traffic outside the hotel so there is noise outside ,from the road. It's family run here. They had someone at the desk 24/7 . They have a gate lock so you can't get in without being a guest. Our room door locked just fine . We were room #6. There is room cleaning they do every day . They had a continental breakfast that is only a bowl of fruit ( good size ) and toast. They do have other options for breakfast that you can pay for , if you ask. We got chilaquiles. They were amazing. Internet is always slow in Mexico so YouTube for my toddler ( on the TV) was in and out but that's anywhere in Mexico as we travel alot. Everything was clean. Not microwave but they do have a fridge. Amazing Ac. We froze ourselves the first night lol. Lovely little spot . It's very cute. We have no complaints. The shower was amazing . It was soft water I could tell. They speak English at the desk too. Very nice two nights we had.

Hotel Ulois Nah is a quaint little place a bit away from the downtown core. It was perfect for our three night stay. All the staff members were very helpful with recommendations and helping us understand how to get around and how to deal with the taxis in Tulum. They had tour info at the front desk as well. The room itself was unique, clean, and we couldn't hear a thing from outside. I see some reviews complaining about roosters and such, but we were never bothered by any noises or smells or anything like that at all. We never had to use the air conditioning - the fans were adequate. The bed was comfortable and firm, and there was a cot on the other side of the wall perfect for morning meditation or prayer.. The balcony had some bean bag chairs overlooking the pool and was nicely shaded. The shower was *hot* (something we kinda miss having lived in Costa Rica for a while now.) Breakfast is light, which is just fine with me. The mini bar items were cheap and varied. The only thing was, as hot as it is in Mexico, the pool was too cold. Not a big deal for us, though. If you want great service from some friendly people and don't appreciate the huge price tag of staying at a Tulum beach hotel, this hotel is a great choice!

Loin des hôtels de luxe et surfaits, cet hôtel intimiste est idéal pour se poser quelques jours. Nous avons apprécié l'architecture traditionnelle des chambres, leur taille, la possibilité de déjeuner sur place, et l’accueil de l'équipe (ce qui inclut le petit chat roux). Bon rapport qualité-prix, idéal pour les voyageurs.

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits à Tulum Village. Au vue des photos de l' hôtel cela allez être idyllique. Quelle ne fut pas notre déception a notre arrivée !!!! L 'hôtel est situé en bord d' une route ultra bruyante avec un flot de camion perpétuel. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre la climatisation n' avait pas été mise en prévision de notre arrivée. Résultat une vrai fournaise. Plus de 3 heures pour que la température decienne tolérable !! Pas de gel douche dans le distributeur qui était vide, le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas, le mobilier est vétuste, les chaises bougent dès que l 'on s' assoit..... La piscine est minuscule et plein de feuilles et de poussière..... La jeune réceptionniste paraît totalement perdue dés qu' on lui pose une question.... Nous changeons d'hôtel ce jour entrainant un surcoût en fin de vacances !!!!

El hotel es muy agradable, lindo y cómodo, sirve un desayuno bastante básico que podría ser mejor. Las habitaciones son amplias, lindas y muy bien cuidadas, la piscina junto con el jardín dan un toque caribeño muy agradable. Cinthya en definitiva es tan atenta y amable al igual que el señor de la noche, siempre dispuestos.
