We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Service, the location, the room type are 100% great. I will definitely book here once return to Tuguegarao. What I love the most is the free airport service. Less hassle for their guests to search and commute to the hotel.🥰

The whole experience of the stay was heavily influenced by the lack of cleaning over our 3 day period. Only on the last day they came to clean at 17:00 which was of not much use really. Also after requesting a new floor towel, they brought it only after an hour or two.. The room however was quite nice.. Just sad that such a nice hotel does not bank on good customer service..

It’s so hard to speak to the hotel manager over the phone! They can’t seem to understand what is being told and not able to comprehend. Very unprofessional and hang up on me on the phone while was talking. They are rejecting the modification request by trip.com even with valid documentations and reasons on why the guests cannot make it to the hotel.

It’s precisely what you see in their website. They have big bed and spacious room. I love my stay here. I just have concerns with my keycard not being recognized every time I enter the room but overall, I’m grateful for their immediate response and service to me. Amenities, nothing much. No pool or any place to leisurely go to, but I saw a scrabble board game by the entrance which was an amazing feature. TV also has limited access to shows. But understandable. If you’re looking for a place to have a good rest while in Tuguegarao, I truly recommend Go Hotels, it’s cheaper than other hotel but very worth it to stay. I also would like to commended their attention to detail when I ask for a scenery of the City, they gave me a room that I’m able to see the outside. Thank you and kudos to the staff and on-duties during my short stay last March 14-15, 2024.

the room smells very nice ,a strong manifestation of its cleanliness and attention to details. The staff are accommodating, manong guards were especially helpful in recommending where first timers like us can get the best of gastronomical experience in tuguegarao. Thank you😀

The Go Plus Hotel, as the name promises, is an upgrade to one's expectation of a provincial hotel, that is, one outside of the primary cities of the country. As my friends would like to expect, there is no bad smell from the rooms and corridors. In fact, it still smells new. The room reminds of the hotels in Europe and Japan that are utilitarian but nice and clean. Good to come back to after a hard day's work. And the cafe/restaurant has top-notch food at very reasonable prices. Staff were very accommodating. My only beef is that room staff never cleaned up my room in three days. Maybe one would have to tell the front desk? I'm not fussy so I didn't need to have that service but my companion is and had to ask.

It was my 2nd time to stay in this hotel.. The first stay was good due to location next to the mall.. Our Second stay was with my daughter. All was fine except for the part that the hotel has no room service and they close the restaurant very early like around 10pm it's close since we checked in late already and left early due to our early flight.. My daughter need to drink her medicine and we haven't had any dinner during our arrival so I was expecting we could juz order through room service so she can drink her medicine but I was surprised that all were close and no more access for food.. So I left with one option to order through food panda and requested at the front desk if they can send to our room since it's already paid but the front desk refuse and said it's not allowed and I have to come down and pick it up. Good thing the guard was standing near to us and heard our conversation with the front desk and kind enough to offer that he will just ask the concierge to send our food in our room. I know it's not allowed it's hotel standard rule but I salute the guard unfortunately I was not able to get his name but I salute his extra mile service as he understands that me and my daughter are very exhausted and tired from long trip and no more energy to go down. Actually even from our first stay the guards are really kind and doing their best to accommodate not only us but all the guests based on my observation. The front desk are talking and acting like manager they rarely smile too.. If they smile it's so formal u can't feel the sincerity. Anyway, I was happy with the room and the service of the guard and concierge except for the front desk.

Go Hotels Plus Tuguegarao never disappoints. I have stayed in this property previously and I can say that they always deliver the best hospitality in Tuguegarao City. Rooms are always clean. Staff are polite and warm. Breakfast options though, can be improved a bit.

Prime location with nearby mall, gasoline station, pharmacy, grocery store ,convenience store and fastfood chains for some quick bite
