Kamar nya ok walau semua rata2 unsur kayu jadi keliatan tua tp terawat . Lokasi juga ok deket mrt. Menu breakfast juga ok.

Super séjour à Prague, hôtel est bien desservi (métro B, tram...) avec plein de petits commerces à proximité (Albert..), dans l'ensemble tout allait ! Très satisfaite :)

酒店近地鐵站 有軌電車大約5分鐘 去老城區6個站 附近有超市 沒有其他食肆 酒店比較陳舊 服務態度差 前台服務黑面 好多旅行團入住 早上等電梯和食早餐都要排隊 不建議入住。

空調是壞的 屋裡很冷 修也沒修好 早餐一般 四星酒店應該有的東西全都沒有 衞生間裏沒紙巾了保潔進來打掃房間的時候也沒給放 設施：老舊 衞生：一般

The hotel was chosen for us by the agency we came to visit Prague with. It was basically a replacement for the first one. We were skeptical based on the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. Check-in and check-out were really fast and well organized (there were a lot of us because we were by bus) The rooms are clean, the bathroom is small but satisfactorily equipped and above all clean. The rooms are warm. The breakfast is excellent and they even prepared lunch packages for us.

Terrible experience can’t believe this hotel is rated as 4 starts as its not even 1 start category . Rudeness of employees , dirtiness of rooms (bed bugs, blood, hair ) and baths , smell tobacco and joints (*********) all over the place . Strongly recommend not to go there. After the experience will submit a formal complain to Prague Tourism Office so a request for Sanity inspection to the Government Office (Ministerstvo zdravotnictví)

Been here twice over course of 6 years. I’m baffled as to how this place qualifies as a hotel. The rooms are outdated and have a noticeable musty smell, which made my stay uncomfortable. The breakfast service was frustrating, too—each time I got up to grab a coffee, the staff would clear my plates, despite my friends telling them to leave it(we tried english, german). This level of service and the overall experience certainly didn’t justify the cost. You’re better off choosing a cheaper option nearby, where you’ll likely have a much more pleasant stay.

I’m a guest in this hotel in a school trip. The price is definetely too high for this hotel. All The food is expired at least by a week. The rooms are small and cramped, but the worst thing is The staff, Made all by rude people. I REALLY do Not recommend this hotel.

Rude employees, the food could have been so much better, the elevator needs to be fixed so we can go straight to our room and not go through all the floors first, the gir in the reception didn’t exchange my money and she said that with the rudest way, everybody was so unwelcomed in general, I can’t think of something else right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the bathroom was dirty and the bathtub had hair when we went. The housekeeping did not tidy the room well and did not make the beds well, also some days they didn’t even go to the room. The carpet was discarding and full of dust. At my friend’s room there were socks under the bed and bottles of soft drinks at the fridge. Not to forget that the lighting was really bad and insufficient also at the toilet. My antibacterial spray was the most useful accessory at the whole stay.

Hotel is declared as 4 star hotel but not even close, I would say 3 star is real. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, beds were comfy, but carpet in the room was really worn out, and the bed sheets were yellow red, like we were in 90's. I think white sheets would look way better. Elevators were really slow and annoying...

The Hotel is very good. The team is not very polyglot, but very friendly an tolerant. We had a lot of fun in the evenings. The price for the service you get is perfect. A perfect choice for sport teams and groups participating on competitions in Prague.

- on the first day I left a written note, for my room mate (and clearly addressed to them specifically) with my number on it. The cleaning staff used that, kept calling me, messaging me, sort of pretended to be my room mate, saying i was beautiful and asking how long I would be staying. said they had gotten my number from my room. Reception made me explain the situation to 3 staff members. the only thing they kept asking me "why would a girl be messaging you that, all our cleaners are female". (im female)... the only staff member who was remotely concerned was a young brunette girl, the rest were useless and just looked at me. i showed one of them the messages and his eye widened thats about it. all i wanted was to switch rooms as i felt unsafe. a ginger woman at reception said 'what do you really expect them to do?' tried to explain that i was being harrassed by a staff member who had access to my room, this just puzzled her. my room mate ended up staying elsewhere so i was feeling like this alone. brunette girl offered me a new room on my last night out of four. thanks to the young brunette girl who is decent. no one really seemed to care except for her that my personal information was taken and used without my permission as well. - breakfast is not good at all, but the coffee is good. - supermarket is a five minute walk - outdated rooms, broken fan system, safe doesn't work. there was a squished bug on my curtains. overall really really poor and especially for the price you pay. go stay at plus hostel for £13 a night is my recommendation.
