The room was clean and hygienic. There were many kinds of buffets in the morning and evening. I liked the indoor playground and comic room for children on the basement floor. The sea view surprised me. It was very close to Dolphin Island.

The food was satisfactory, but the room and hot springs were very disappointing.

The service is really not that good! No one took the luggage when entering. There was no one at the counter during dinner time, so I had to wait for a long time. The two waiters at breakfast saw our family of three waiting at the door and refused to take our seats. Asking where I can do it was extremely perfunctory! This kind of service is definitely the worst in Japan! I was really lucky to stay for just one night!

While swimming, we could see fish jumping and water jellyfish swimming. After checking out, I was able to use the facilities for a fee. The pool and hot springs were especially special when there were no guests. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I came here by bus before the premium construction. I don't have any good memories of it. Guest rooms are on the 2nd to 4th floors of the building that juts out on three sides. The rooms and baths have not changed, but the restaurant's facilities and equipment, probably the menu, and various policies have also changed. Toba is not uncommon for exceptionally luxurious hotels. Looking at the plan, the half-board plan here is quite cheap. Furthermore, the discounts and coupons for travel support related to the coronavirus might be a rare blessing, so I definitely wanted to go there.

The car park is on a slope leading to the hotel, so I worry that the car door will hit the car next to me when I open it. 2. The dining area is on the first basement floor, and there are various locations on the second to fourth basement floors. The large bath is on the fifth basement floor. There are two elevators, which are far apart and small, so it is difficult to use them. One side goes from the fourth floor to the first basement floor where the dining area is. There is only one elevator that can go to the large bath! The elevator I waited for to go to the bath was full of people and I couldn't get on. After the bath, there is a line for the elevator. Some people take the stairs. From the fifth basement floor to the front desk, then up five floors to my floor! What's more, the buttons are responsive, so I'm worried.
