Overall enjoyed our stay. We were a group of friends and had good time. The rooms sizes are big, cleanliness and service was very good. The sports facilities need to be improved, coild only play tennis. Pools are well maintained. Seems hotel is working on adding more sports facilities but no time frame was available.

Everything was at a very high standard. Room was extremely spacious and very clean. Staff had superb customer service skills. The duty manager Mr Mohamed Emara was particularly helpful in resolving a mistake that I made when booking. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will plan to go back with kids next time as the hotel appeared to be very child friendly as well.

晚上八點多到店checkin衹有一個人在前台工作還需要等。問要大床房還是雙人床房回答説要大床房打開房間門一看還是給的雙人床房。。

帶着一家老小出遊，第一次去到拉斯海馬，因為開齋節酒店非常忙到店後等了一個多小時才辦理了入住。海灘很漂亮有標準高爾夫球場房間比較大一家四口沒有問題兩張大床一個沙發。總體來説房間不錯有衣帽間感覺分區還不錯很方便。孩子玩的很開心有小童專用的游泳池

В этот отель приезжаю с 2017 года последний раз был в 22 году . За это время владельцем стал Хилтон, и всё изменилось не в лучшую сторону . Раньше это был Лакшри , роскошь , отсутствие посторонних, высочайший сервис, теперь это рваные лежаки , затёртые полотенца , плюс стройка с двух сторон , причём иногда в море зайти нельзя , грязное. В общем я конечно обескуражен. Персонал конечно хороший , стараются во всю , в остальном …. От былого Вальдорфа осталось только воспоминание, был там последний раз , а жаль ….
