Ulasan Regent's Park Hotel

Staying at Regents Hotel Malang was both comfortable and incredibly convenient, especially for my planned visit to Mount Bromo. The hotel’s location made it an ideal base, putting me within easy reach of the mountain for an early start on the sunrise tour. The lobby and general atmosphere of the hotel had a welcoming warmth, blending modern comforts with traditional Javanese decor. My room was spacious and well-equipped, with a window view that overlooked beautiful gardens, offering a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel restaurant was another highlight, featuring a diverse breakfast buffet that ranged from freshly baked pastries to local specialties. This made it easy to grab a filling meal before heading out for a day of adventure. The hotel staff were helpful as well, providing tips on the best routes to Bromo and even assisting with transportation options. Overall, Regents Hotel Malang offered a convenient and comfortable stay, making it easy to explore Bromo and enjoy the beauty of Malang!

good service, good food and in the city center

The hotel is well located. Service was very good from the staff. Unfortunately, they don’t have a NO plastic policy, I would suggest to implement a place for refilling water bottles instead of giving bottles of water to clients and contribute to decreasing contamination. That’s the not suggestion I have.

Clean, spacious rooms and very helpful staff. Location is ok and easy to get a Grab anywhere. We didn’t try the breakfast but the restaurant looked huge.

Good hotel, nice room, quite place to rest on work trip.....

One of the best 3 stars hotel in Malang. Loved the hospitality, the superior room is spacious and clean. Even love the huge bathroom. Perfect for staycation!

Many banies crocockroach at night in guest room( sofa, carpet, tables under TV)🫣🫣 reported to Reception due c/o 3 floor view was not good coz there is big lighting dirrect the window. Many flies on Sweet Potato, Nuts during bfast. The Sweet Potato was stale. Nuts was good quality. At Pecel or Gado -Gado the steamed potato was very hard🤭🤭 In future will take pictures

Classic hotel room. The hotel was a little bit dated, they do have smoking rooms. If you don’t want one, make sure to request it (again) at check-in. The facilities are good, and the personnel very helpful and considerate. Breakfast was good and varied.

Staff helpful when late night checking from airport. Really understand that we’re too tired and want to head to our rooms

Hotel ternyaman

The hotel is centrally located. Malang is not big and not huge traffice. Front desk or receptionist are super friendly and helpful. I booked the room with breakfast provided. As I joined the Mt Bromor sunrise tour and would not be back to hotel until next day noon, receptionist advised and offered me that the hotel can packed my breakfast before I leave for the tour at midnite! That was pleasantly unexpected. Room is exceptionally big.

Hotel rooms need an upgrade, quite run down but the rooms were quiet and I slept well. Breakfast is simple but adequate for the price.
