Got a room with a hot tub and the water didn't work and they didn't have another room and that was the point of getting the room

The hotel was pretty worn down and dirty. The worst part was the musty smell. I’m not sure how, but the room was both hot (humid) and cold from the air conditioning that was blasting and wouldn’t do anything but blast or turn off. The curtains had holes in them and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were dirty and had mold on them.
