Semua orang di hotel sangat baik dan bermanfaat. Tidak dapat memikirkan keluhan apa pun. Semua permintaan telah dipenuhi. Rencana perjalanan semuanya disiapkan oleh staf meja depan dan pengemudi mulai dari tempat makan apa yang harus dituju. Kamarnya sangat bagus, semua yang ada di dalam kamar baru dengan standar hotel bintang 5.

Hotel ini bersih dan kamarnya berukuran bagus untuk 2 orang. Pemiliknya baik dan sangat ramah, mendapat upgrade ke ruang keluarga juga. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman menginap yang bagus dan sangat direkomendasikan!

The service of this hotel is pretty good. The hotel will arrange for someone to pick you up from the train station and send you back when you are leaving. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. Hotel room is not big but it's functional. Certain parts of the room are slightly worn out. But for the price it's not too bad. There's a lift in the hotel and cars can go directly to the front door of this hotel so you don't have to carry your luggages and drag them in the town. About 10-15mins walk to the river. Overall pretty nice stay.

Clean and cozy room, just a short stroll from the busy ancient town. Service was great and friendly - gave us a map and told us how to walk around Fenghuang and sent us off to the train station too.

I loved my stay here! The owner and wife and also the driver were so generous and helpful, ready to help you with anything. Drop off and pick up service from the train station were the best part! And also among other hotels, only few hotels including here that are having elevator. It was very convenient for my parents especially when using wheelchairs. I stayed 3 nights here and the owner upgraded my room with a better view. The room was very cozy, clean and spacious. The breakfast was standard and simple but it was more than enough. Definitely will be back to stay when visit Feng Huang again!

They upgraded my room for free to a very high and nice room with a river view. They arranged for a driver to pick me up and drove me to the station when I left. Gave me a map of the ancient city and told me where to go. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Hotel is very clean, modern , quiet with elevator. Hotels along river are more noisy, and you need to drag luggage through steps and cobble stone lanes (no cars allowed in ancient town tourism zone). 15 min walk to river areas. Chinese breakfast only. Complimentary pick up from high-speed rail station and welcoming fresh fruits on arrival. Lots of eateries nearby and along the river (with sides). You need to call (message thru WeChat) in advance to book arrival pick up. Pick up is at an underground level of the train station. From train station to hotel is about 20 mins. Owner also provided free transfer back to train station, a real bonus! Chinese breakfast only. No or limited english. Great Value!

A good place to stay if you don’t like the noise and crowd. Hotel staff were helpful and went the extra mile to help make travel arrangements for us. The hotel pickup service was useful too.

Good stay - one thing I didn't like was that it seemed the boss kept trying to persuade us to use private cars which were so much more expensive than just getting a taxi

Nicely renovated room. Comfortable beds and beddings. Conveniently located within walking distance to Fenghuang Guzheng. Friendly and warm staff. Highly recommended.

Very near to fenghuang gu Cheng, just around 8mins walk, breakfast is good too.

酒店地址在上游，很安靜，走到古城沱江邊幾分鐘，他們推薦的服裝店還不錯，價格不貴。梅梅服務很好，推薦了幾家好吃的飯店。早餐有雞蛋蒸餃和豆沙包，湯米線特別好吃。一間房可以接或者送火車站，我們兩間房，店家又是接又是送，服務很好。房間乾淨，有什麼問題都可以很好溝通。
