Very pleasant place, good service, good installati9ns, excelente location, jist a bit noise if you are to the malecon side, good food and excellent service

At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

Everything was good, the location, the restaurant and everything. We only had a problem with the smoke detector that out of nowhere at night started to sound horrible every so often, but then it was removed. Room 418, other than that everything was pretty good.

Everything excellent

The room was extremely poor and very short. It looked like a guest house from the 1990s. There was no coffee machine and no soundproofing. The bed - if it could be called a bed - was as hard as a wooden board. All the items felt older than the history of the hotel. The breakfast was... Expensive and unpalatable. There are no programs on TV. The advantage is that you can really see the sea and the staff are friendly.

The arrival was perfect since our plane arrived very early and they attended us with the best availability and we were able to check-in before the scheduled time, all the staff are very friendly, they are 100% with the sanitary measures of the pandemic, The rooms are super clean and comfortable, in addition to having very nice views of the sea and the boardwalk.
