Ulasan Tropicana Hotel Puerto Vallarta

It was a great experience and staff was excellent.

The hotel delivers what it offers, an excellent location, clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The breakfast options are few, but everything is delicious and excellently presented. For a low budget, it is an excellent option for a stay. The staff is very attentive and friendly, from room service to the waiters in the restaurant. Sure we will back soon.

We had a good time at this hotel for 1 week. The room we had was too small for any longer a stay. But it was inexpensive. To stay for longer, you would want to book one of the junior suites for sure. The beach is lovely, and the location can't be beat. Food in the restaurant was okay, but many more food opportunities in the area.

Great location. Hotel is on the older side but it was a clean bed and cool room for the stay. 97% of the staff were very friendly and service was great. Unfortunately some have really bad attitudes directed only at particular guests. Strangely those were also not wearing name tags. With that said Jesus was one of the most helpful and friendly staff member. Not sure if it just México, but there seemed to be a form or paper needed to be completed for every step of the check in and check out process. Not very eco friendly and must need huge storage facilities for all that paperwork. Overall, a great stay and will stay there again.

Ok location but too noisy

Tropicana is a family oriented Mexican hotel right on the beach. It's nestled into the *** area of Puerto Vallarta at the edge of the historic downtown area. The rooms were large but Spartan. We had a great balcony with a view of the ocean. The public areas like the pool, restaurant, gardens, and lobby were gorgeous. The hotel is a great deal too. Nothing seemed overpriced...and there were lots of great restaurants around. I would definitely stay here again!

Too many rules staff not helpful. They charged me $50 for my local friend to visit me. They charged me for coffee even when I had “free” breakfast. AC remote was faulty and not the original.

I loved the hotel and that it was on the beach... we struggled with parking, good food

Excellent service from all the staff, very friendly. The location is perfect for a few days of relaxation; the beach access makes for a comfortable stay. The rooms may be a bit dated, but everything works perfectly. Definitely 100% recommended.

Very good service, tasty breakfasts, cleanliness of the room and provision of sun loungers in the beach area. If I return I would not hesitate to stay at the same hotel.

Reasonably priced with an ocean view There was a convenience store and a small supermarket nearby. The kindness of the staff was also good
