Ulasan Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates Dubai

We stayed for one night as a group of four and enjoyed close rooms on request the staff was helpful and when we told them we were celebrating my sisters graduation they didn’t hesitate to bring us a complimentary cake. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect it took us 6 minutes from our room to the mall.

Excellent location and helpful staff , I recommend it for either business or luxury accommodation

I hope you had a smooth delivery & congrats to your new born! :) You made my day after a tiring flight to Dubai. And thanks to the front desk staff who advised & helped me to booked a transport to Abu Dhabi during my last day with Kempinski, despite your busy work load with other guests We had a wonderful 7 nights stay with Kempinski Hotel MOE! Found extra tooth brush on the floor after the room service which don’t belong to us. And the cover in the executive lounge has the screw broken… and most importantly the wooden key never works! Changed for more than 6 times and finally they give us the plastic keys which works perfect. Not something you expect from a five star hotel…

The hotel quite old and most of the rooms has dumb and humidity. humidity level so high, we had our first room with stinky and was very smelly, one of our kids has problems with breathing so we ran away and we asked them to get another room. We were looking for a clean room trill late evening, finally got one was ok. We been to several rooms all other were same conditions. The hotel needs renovation. Was not worth of the money we paid. In fact it’s very expensive hotel

After 3 years to Dubai, Kempinski Emirates mall still 1st choice to stay.

環境：門口在修路，繞了兩圈才到；大堂不大，但跟早餐的地方是連通的，有位倒咖啡的服務員很好，還貼心的給小朋友拿了畫冊，很開心；房間安排在8046，但完全看不到城市景觀，不知道是不是因為我用攜程積分抵扣了部分房費的原因，總之房間安排的很差。 服務：之前住其他城市凱賓斯基酒店的時候前台看到小朋友會主動給小童拖鞋、洗髮水、沐浴液、浴袍、牙刷牙膏等，但是不知道為什麼入住的時候沒有給，到了房間給前台打電話才送來，但僅僅送了浴袍和牙刷，這很難評。 衞生：衞生整體來看還可以，早餐的甜甜圈比較好吃，服務人員也不錯，主動詢問我是否要雞蛋～還給我做了個巧克力麪包，非常感謝。
