酒店坐落在機場西側,離老城和新城都有一些距離,不過叫車還是很方便的。 剛開業5年,設施很新。住的小套房,含早不到700,非常實惠。衞生狀況很好,床很舒服。照明不錯,網速在印度酒店裡算快的了。隔音可以接受。空調給力,而且客廳和卧室分開控制。房間直接放6瓶飲用水,不用再向前台要。 有待提高的是:小套房沒有配浴缸。早餐純素,連雞蛋都沒有,雖然餐品不錯選擇也不少,還是感覺吃得不舒服。 服務態度很好。另外大堂吧很實惠,蛋糕挺大一塊衹要120盧比,比外頭蛋糕店還便宜。

My recent stay at Radisson Jodhpur left me with mixed feelings. While the property itself is beautiful and well-located, the service fell far below Radisson standards, particularly in the restaurant. The restaurant staff seemed poorly trained and often confused. At the dosa counter, I was rudely told to return to my table to place an order, despite table cards specifically instructing guests to order at live counters with their table number. After raising this issue with a senior staff member named Shiv who promised resolution, the exact same problem occurred the next day. Many staff members appeared new Nd seemed lost. The two-bedroom suite was another disappointment. There was no common bathroom as expected, and the second bedroom was significantly smaller and located in what felt like a basement area. These important details should be clearly mentioned on the website for guests to make informed decisions. On the positive side, the front office was efficient, and Praveen Kumar provided exceptionally courteous and friendly service. The property itself is lovely and in an excellent location. Upon checkout, I noticed another couple complaining about similar restaurant service issues, confirming this wasn't an isolated experience. For a hotel carrying the Radisson brand name, this level of service is simply unacceptable and hope it's get sorted out quickly.

We come for wedding.... really enjoy food and service..... great spread in breakfast....so many love counter South Indian, continental....thanks to chef Priyanka for guid me jain buffet....so many options in jain.... Maintain proper hygien

Excellent service and good location. Staff at hotels very friendly and helpful. Manish and Neha at House keeping very helpful . Mr shiv of Housekeep should proud of his team. Excellent choice of great buffet breakfast .and specifically vegetarian choice.

I stayed at Radisson Jodhpur twice in December 2024 during my one-week trip to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. The hotel is well-located, close to major attractions and well-connected within the city. However, my experience had both highlights and areas that could be improved. Pros: Clean & Spacious Rooms: The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and provide a relaxing stay. However, during winters, if the air conditioning is not functioning, sound insulation becomes an issue—you can clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms, especially in the washroom, which can be quite disturbing. Exceptional Restaurant Service: The real highlight of my stay was the restaurant team, who went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. Special thanks to Mr. Ankush, Ms. Noorin, Mr. Suresh, Chef Rakesh, Smiley, and Singmirin for their outstanding hospitality. Mr. Ankush took the time to understand our needs and even arranged special meals for my child. Noorin & Smiley deserve a special mention for their efficiency and warm service, which enhanced our dining experience. Pure Vegetarian Cuisine only: The hotel strictly serves vegetarian food, which might be a concern for the guest preferring Non Vegetarian food. Efficient Luggage Handling: Mr. Vikas managed our luggage smoothly and remained calm and courteous even during high-pressure situations. Cons & Areas for Improvement: Early Check-In Issues: The early check-in, which can be a major inconvenience, especially for travelers arriving early. If you require early check-in, I strongly recommend getting written confirmation from the hotel in advance. If an early check-in isn’t available, consider starting your Jodhpur trip from Jawai (around 3 hours drive from Jodhpur) instead, to avoid waiting at the reception for hours. Reception & Guest Handling Needs Improvement: My check-in experience was disappointing. The reception team, particularly the morning shift on December 22nd, 2024 (8 AM duty roster), was poorly trained in handling guest queries and responses. A luxury hotel should ensure that guests receive a warm welcome, not a frustrating wait with little assistance. I strongly recommend that the hotel train its front desk staff on guest relations and sensitivity. Given that early check-in is a recurring issue, the hotel should consider keeping a few rooms available to accommodate early arrivals and improve the guest experience. Final Thoughts: Radisson Jodhpur offers fantastic food and service in the restaurant, but the check-in process and front desk experience need serious improvement. If the reception service is addressed, it could significantly enhance the overall experience.

Beautiful property, very good service, very polite staff. Must visit you are in the jodhpur area. Very large rooms, property very close to jodhpur airport, so logistics conveniently located. All the restaurants offers good rajshani cousin.

This hotel is strictly vegetarian, so it may not appeal to meat eaters. While the hotel is decent overall, there is a noticeable cooking smell, especially when you enter the lobby. Another issue I encountered was that the shower water wasn’t warm enough for a comfortable shower during the winter months, which was quite frustrating.

This is a dated hotel for local guests - it needs urgent modernization and bringing up to international standards. Does not deserve the Radisson brand! The building itself is beautiful and in good condition. The location is close to the airport, and the staff is friendly. Our room cleaner, Manish, was excellent! Our clothes were carefully washed and folded and returned to us within one day as promised, and this service was reasonably priced. On the other hand, the rooms are very dated and urgently need modernization/refurbishment. The quality of the pillows and bed linen was not great. The door was very thin and flimsy, so we could hear any conversation that was taking place in the corridor. The breakfast did not have any egg dishes - we were told the restaurant was vegetarian, yet they were serving milk and milk products. This is unacceptable for an international chain. Finally, there were NO foreign channels on TV. How is this possible? I am sure the franchise/service contract with Radisson contains a provision that international TV channels must be available. Overall, this is a 3, at most 3.5-star hotel largely for Indian clients, and falls short of what is expected from an international chain. It is also not a value for money.

The hotel was nice Veg food was good. To our disadvantage, it is a vegetarian hotel which we didn't notice while booking. Staffs were cool. Overall stay was pleasant. Beautiful hotel /decor. Room was good..... Spacious Overall we were happy clients
