Ulasan Clarion Collection Hotel with

I requested for sea view but upon check in I was given a room facing a dark alley it’s horrible it’s my first time to Tromso. I went back to reception and paid a fee to upgrade to sea view room number 513. This room was breathtaking I enjoyed the night and morning view so much. A bit noisy coming from passerby due to the slippery walkway in front of hotel. The Pust access is located right in front of hotel. Hotel serves tea time and dinner as well.

Lovely hotel in a great location with a wonderful view of the harbour.

位置優越，離活動集散地走路三五分鐘即達，公交站一分鐘可達。前台餐廳和客房服務人員都非常友好樂於提供幫助。在這個城市，這個房間不算太小，床有點軟。最值得稱道的是含早餐晚餐以及下午茶，供應時間長，基本不需要再去外面餐廳吃飯，特別是和朋友一起來時，大家可以按自己的節奏在餐廳用餐，省下很多時間，要知道旅遊旺季在外面餐廳等座點餐上餐時間都很長，餐食種類和口味都還不錯，非常推薦的酒店

Hotel ist super direkt am Hafen gelegen und drinnen sehr ordentlich und sauber - nur von außen sieht es etwas abgenutzt und dreckig (Möwenkot) aus. Es gibt Kaffee und Tee sowie Wasser den ganzen Tag und Verpflegung (Kuchen und sehr gutes Abendessen) inklusive. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

酒店很老，不是每天都打掃房間，總體還行，價格略高

Posizione comoda per le escursioni, , vicino al centro,direttamente sul molo, camere deluxe sufficientemente comode, le altre un po’ piccole, buon servizio all inclusive ( colazione, merenda, piccola cena) bevande calde sempre disponibili. Camere silenziose, buona qualità del sonno.

Enjoyable stay. Really worth upgrading to superior room with view over the harbour. One night the aurora was visible right over head. Good to have included breakfast, tea with cake and light supper which made stay good value , although currently happening at sister hotel across the street it was not a problem. Close to airport bus drop off too

Great location right in middle of Tromso and wonderful views. The breakfast and evening meal was lovely and rooms comfortable with good care

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Clarion Collection hotel and I must say, it was a mixed experience. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location with stunning harbour views, making it a great spot for those looking to enjoy the beauty of the waterfront. One of the standout features of the hotel is its friendly staff. The majority of the staff members were welcoming, helpful, and made my stay pleasant. The service was top-notch and I felt well taken care of during my time at the hotel. The food at the hotel was also a highlight. The meals were delicious and well-prepared, offering a variety of options to cater to different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the buffet spread, which had a good selection of dishes to choose from. However, the rooms at the Clarion Collection were a bit of a letdown. While they were clean, they were also quite dated in terms of decor and furnishings. The room could definitely use some modernization to enhance the overall comfort and aesthetics. One particular incident that stood out during my stay was the interaction with a staff member named Hilda. Unfortunately, Hilda was very unhelpful and seemed quite miserable. Additionally, I observed her loading a huge plate of food from the buffet, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, the Clarion Collection offers a great location with friendly staff and delicious food. However, the dated rooms and the negative experience with one staff member detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Wonderful hospitality . Great breakfast, midday cake, and dinner included. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, beautiful views from the room (303), easy walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, buses, friendly staff, good food. Highly recommended.
