Perfect location, everything in walking distance. Such wonderful and friendly staff. I has to get up early the next morning for my bus and the staff made sure I was ok and gave me a little gift box of water and a sandwich for my travels. Beautiful hotel and amazing food. Definitely recommend whilst staying in Trinidad

這個酒店可能是特立尼達最好也是最貴的酒店了，但是這家酒店在攜程上的介紹完全是虛假的，當然因為我的投訴，現在他們已經把虛假宣傳圖片撤掉了，不是説這家酒店不好，但是虛假宣傳實在是太氣人了。希望以後攜程網上不要再出現類似情況。圖片是我定房時網站的宣傳截圖。圖片上的東西他們一樣也沒有，完全是虛構出來的！

Das beste Hotel unseres Kuba Urlaubs März/ April 2024. Beste Lage in Trinidad, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Plaza Mayor. Wunderschönes Foyer, große Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Frühstücksauswahlsehr gut für kubanische Verhältnisse. Das Hotel könnte auch außerhalb Kubas seine sehr gute Bewertung rechtfertigen. Einziges, aber für ein Stadthotel kleines Manko ist das fehlende Spa/ Gym, aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau.

Servicio excepcional, especialmente por parte de Carlos, quien fue nuestro mayordomo. La habitación era preciosa pero el precio excesivo para no tener incluido el desayuno. Cuando poníamos el aire acondicionado entraba un olor a comida insoportable, por lo que no podíamos ponerlo.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Lage ist gut.Das Service war den ersten Tag gut.Wir hatten wie angekündigt ein Frühstücksbuffet.Nur am 2.Tag gab es kein Buffet und der Service war auch nicht mehr so gut. Wir wussten leider nicht warum.Für ein fünf Sternehotel etwas dürftig.

A luxurious hotel in the style of the sixties, very clean and tidy, the service of the staff at the reception, at the entrance and in customer service is excellent. Very comfortable room. Breakfast is served at the table: a fruit plate, bread and eggs made to order, coffee and fresh guava juice. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance of the center.

The warm welcome, beautiful luxurious large room and fabulous service in the restaurant and bar make this the perfect place to stay . Trinidad is full of history, unique cobbled streets and friendly people. The local restaurants serve great tapas, mojito and great choices of menu plus live bands create a great atmosphere and experience. We thoroughly enjoyed a private guide here with William who had amazing local knowledge booked through Cuba Private Travel. Definitely not a place to miss .

I had an amazing time in the hotel,the food was delicious and the service very attentive.Its a very nice place to spend a good time with your friends.

We went to different locations in Cuba and stayed in different hotels. This was the best hotel during our visit in Cuba. We loved being here and wished we could have stayed longer. We were treated very well and all of the staff were lovely. The location was perfect. The room we had was the best with great views. Definitely would recommend! Thank you for such lovely experience
