Rooms very large and very clean, serviced every day. Close to the night clubs, restaurants and bars a little further down the road. A big shopping mall very close out the back of the hotel. Value for money, but can be rather loud on the weekends.

Too hot in the room, and the bed is terrible, but it is all good for the price

I just want to keep booking this room every day because now I feel at home

For those who want to party at night, but you gonna listen to a music from the bars for a while night until 4-5 o’clock

Too noisy outside

The location is great It is a 5-minute walk from the night market and Central Samuri. I made a reservation for a short stay before heading to the airport. Clean and clutter-free However, there are no shower supplies other than shampoo and body wash, so it is a good idea to bring your own.

The worst thing that happened to me on Koh Samui was spending the night in this hotel! The location seemed convenient, but as it turned out, it is in the epicenter of a cheap party on Koh Samui, where a cacophony of hot spots plays all night. Music plays all night, and the audibility is such that you can only dream! Screams, yelling, eerie bass sounds all night. The hotel itself is shaky: very old furniture, plumbing, old towels. The icing on the cake is the barn lock on the door to the room, which needs to be hung and closed. I repeat, this hotel is the worst place.

There are no special complaints about the hotel itself: the linen is clean, good, coffee and cookies at the reception, friendly staff. There were two moments - the faucet was leaking and a puddle was running through the entire bathroom and the padlock (!) was a deadbolt. Inconvenient. But there is another location! That's where the surprise is! You won't be able to sleep until 5 am. The music will scream so loudly that the blankets will slide off. Earplugs won't help! Moreover, you will fall asleep at 11 o’clock, but you will wake up at 1 am and that’s it... It’s just a nightmare. We escaped to Koh Tao ahead of schedule.

I was a bit worried especially when I figured how close to the bars is actually was…. BUT I was lower ground floor block 4 and I hardly heard anything. Close to Central and some nice restaurants on the other side of the bar area. The room was the most clean room I’ve had in Thailand even cleaner than some of the 5 and 4 star hotels I’ve been staying in. Check in was easy and check out and you cannot beat the price
