Avis sur le Palladia Hôtel :
Malheureusement, notre séjour au Palladia Hôtel a été une expérience extrêmement désastreuse. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons remarqué que le niveau de service était loin d'être à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le personnel était peu accueillant et peu soucieux de nos besoins.
Notre première déception est survenue lorsque nous sommes entrés dans notre chambre et avons constaté que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré nos nombreuses plaintes à la réception, aucune solution n'a été apportée. Nous avons dû passer la nuit dans un froid glacial, ce qui a eu des conséquences néfastes sur notre santé.
En parlant de santé, il est important de souligner que ma partenaire et moi-même sommes tombés malades pendant notre séjour au Palladia Hôtel. Nous sommes convaincus que cela était dû en grande partie aux conditions inconfortables de notre chambre, en particulier au manque de chauffage. Nous avons dû nous rendre chez un médecin à notre retour pour nous remettre de cette malheureuse expérience.
Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour au Palladia Hôtel a été une expérience décevante et problématique. Les problèmes de chauffage et les équipements en mauvais état ont grandement influencé notre opinion sur cet établissement. Nous ne pouvons pas recommander le Palladia Hôtel à quiconque recherche un séjour confortable et agréable.

I did not enjoy this hotel. It is too from the old city. You will need an Uber or Taxi at 15 to 18 Euro per trip. This place thrives off of the pharma presentations to the hospital. Suspect that has caused them to neglect decor and physical plant.. Mid-pile shag carpet in the rooms (gross). Furniture has a 1990s feel to it. Room fridge did not work and AC never got room cool. The room was plain hot. The room cleaning was excellent though. They did their best. Hotel toiletries are minimal - shampoo and a thin square of soap. The heated pool had algae in it. Front desk staff was an even experience. Some were extremely helpful (shout out to the evening and overnight crew). Some of the day crew were flippant and engaged in eye rolling when they thought you weren’t noticing. My room was not ready when I checked in (not a big deal). On my return, I thought my luggage might have been taken up to the room. Not happening here. The place was not busy but I had to manage the bags up to the room with no offers of help. The card keys often deactivated necessitating multiple trips to the front desk. Overall an uncomfortable and inconvenient stay.

Amazing service and experience. We were treated incredibly well and they exceeded our expectations. The room and hospitality was wonderful. Kevin, who was on reception for a lot of our trip was an angel; helping us with navigating through the beautiful city of Toulouse. The restaurant staff did an amazing job accommodating us every morning with a delicious continental breakfast. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Decor was outdated. Shuttle service that was advertised was more complicated and not what was advertised on the website. King bed room was not an king bed, two twin beds were pushed together to make it a king bed. People were smoking through the vents and made our room smell like a dispensary. Isolation was minimal, We could hear the ambulances across the way all night long.

We loved the staff, the room, the pool & the restaurant!! Wow! We didn’t expect to enjoy the property this much! We booked for convenience but instead found quality & value in a lovely hotel. Thank you!

The staff was great. They were however aware I was arriving because my son had a medical emergency there and I would be bringing him there when he was released and I asked if they had air conditioning and explained it was very important as he had a sever asthma attack that resulted in respiratory failure. The first room the ac did not cool the room. They moved me and the second room smelled like smoke and also was not cool. In the main picture it hides the neighborhood. I would not return and would not recommend this hotel due to the ac, the taxi requests being forgotten resulting in me running late to the hospital. I think when you ask and need comfort for someone who is sick, if they can’t accommodate it they should be honest.
