Hotel Cabello

Called a few times to this family run hotel for coffee and drinks. Coffee is lovely - highly recommend it. Staff are really friendly and prices are really good. Will definitely go back. Not sure about hotel but it’s looks nice and in a great spot.

We didn't stay at the hotel however we had a drink here most nights during our holiday as it was a short walk from our hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly by letting us sit on the comfy sofas in the bar. We had a jug of Sangria and it was the best we had tasted and very reasonably priced.

This is very quaint hotel with an excellent location between Benalmadina and Torremolinos. The staff are very relaxed and attentive including Alvaro,Bill,Julio and Jack with exceptional service. The rooms are no frills but extremely clean ,looks like bathrooms have been recently upgraded. The only issue we had was apparently its a local byelaw that you can't hang towels out on the balcony, and we were told quite strongly to take them in. Alvaro on the reception calmed the situation down and dealt with it impeccably. There is a small courtyard on the first floor to hang wet towels out to dry. Other than this minor issue I would have no problem stopping here again or recommending this hotel for a short stay or maybe even a week.

Amazing family run hotel. Booked 3 nights here over Easter weekend and will definitely return. Basic rooms but spotlessly clean. Perfect location and very friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning is great and the best coffee. Had the ‘lumumba’ every evening before bed and what was lovely was the lady knew what I was going to order as soon as we returned. That’s service for you. Will definitely be back and for longer next time 😄

Only stayed two nights. Room very small. Nothing to set on except the bed. No storage for clothes or suitcases. No chairs. Good for sleeping and getting off the streets, nothing else. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and bath clean. Great for emergency layover.

We've just booked our third trip to the Cabello for April 23 (previously stayed April 22 and Oct 2019), this time we're bringing our 2 adult daughters and their partners for a couple of days in the (hopefully) sunshine. The reason we keep returning is because this small, family run hotel is in the best location and is reasonably priced. Although the rooms are very basic, they're spotlessly clean and perfect for a short break. Have those champagne cocktails ready for us in April!!
