Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan

This place has a swanky lower-slash-old Toronto thing going on. I suspect that it was cheap at this time due to the condo construction going on nearby. It had a robe, though, which means that it ranks pretty high on my list.

Hotel located at convenient area of downtown. Many restaurants and businesses around hotel. Room was really clean with plenty of space. Friendly staff.

Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that my room was not ready despite the agreed-upon check-in time. This inconvenience was exacerbated by the non-functional TV in the room, adding to the disappoin**ent of our stay. Seeking an explanation for the delay, I approached the manager, Saudi, only to be met with a level of hostility and unprofessionalism that was unexpected and unacceptable. Despite voicing my frustration politely, I was taken aback by the defensive and dismissive attitude displayed by Saudi. It was evident that my concerns were not taken seriously, and instead of addressing the issue, I was made to feel unwelcome and insignificant. What struck me most was not just my own experience, but the realization that other guests had faced similar issues, as highlighted in previous reviews. It is disheartening to see a pattern of poor service persisting despite feedback from customers. As someone who understands the importance of delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry, I expected more from your staff at the executive. The only thing, the front desk is very small. I waited for 30 mins to be serve. The check in didn’t work this day.

Ok place. Restaurant was closed. Bedroom was tiny, barely fit a queen size bed. No parking apart from the valet as far as we could see. Nothing special but quiet & clean. The kitchen area was nice.

Great stay in the Cosmo. Very nice apart-hotel. Full kitchen which is great for longer stays. Loved the balcony.

Very cool place. More like a one bedroom apar**ent with laundry and sofa bed. Small balcony with CN Tower view. Parking was a bit of a hassle and expensive. Close to eateries and pharmacy and walkable to major attractions.
