Ulasan Inspirock Hotel

This is definitely the best hotel in the city. Its also huge, with two separate towers.

Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious "Business Room" in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the "all you can eat" buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests" for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

I've been in Jianghu, but there is no legend of elder brother in Jianghu.

Originally, I thought it was quite good, but it felt very ordinary later. It is not cost-effective

很少在平台寫評價，實在是被酒店氣到，非常差的一次入住體驗。 首先辦理入住的時候，前台接待非常不耐煩，全程無笑臉，對客户連最基本的稱呼都沒有！ 然後是早餐問題，因為預訂的是B座，入住時告知早餐在B座2樓，結果去用餐時，B座2樓根本沒有早餐，衹能再走到A座！酒店服務竟然能不專業到這個程度！ 房間衞生情況也十分堪憂，被子蓋着身上就會起紅疹。 最後是退房的問題，因為選擇了延遲退房，兩點鐘的時候就打我電話，説要收取半天房費。我表示因為工作原因，稍微晚個十來分鐘，繼續説要多收房費。回房間後，行李也被挪動！ 堂堂五星級酒店，各個環節都感受不到任何對客户的尊重！

作為酒店籌備組成員之一，對振石一直有着一種不一樣的情感，每次去烏鎮都會選擇默默入住，這麼多年，酒店房間一如既往的舒適～前台小哥哥很熱心的給予早餐升級了一個～真心感覺是回家的感覺～

酒店服務非常的熱情❤️！ 服務速度也非常的快，辦理入住的時候人流大的時候，會馬上增加人手，加快辦理入住的業務。 整體雖然不是新開業的酒店，但整體的設施維護還是非常不錯的！ 床很舒服，房間酒店內部都很乾淨。

房間是套房 很不錯 大堂副經理小馬服務可以 樓上鋪地毯怕吵到 還特地安排了換樓層 環境也不錯 舒適 還有泳池 健身房 桌球枱 樓下就有星巴克 不錯的體驗

酒店位置好，位於市中心，進出方便。客房寬大、整潔，服務員很熱情，遇到客人均能主動打招呼。早餐品質豐富，口味佳。

房間格局很喜歡，床品乾淨，洗漱間格外驚喜。服務態度很好，因為有小朋友，幫忙送了拖鞋和洗漱用品。送的早餐很棒，這個價格是絕對物超所值！

作為桐鄉人第一次入住振石！總體來講非常滿意！ 第一滿意的是過節期間不亂漲價，價格穩定親民太靠譜了！ 第二滿意的自然是裝修豪華了，看得出來不是一般酒店能做到的品質，真正的五星標準！ 第三滿意的是服務，我們訂的房型不包含泳池服務，我和前台溝通之後，主動提出可選方案——送兩份游泳或者早餐！最後我們要趕時間沒來得及吃早餐，讓沒住酒店的父母來酒店吃了自助早餐，老爸特意打電話誇讚了酒店的早餐很不錯！有機會下次入住我也去嘗一嘗😍
