Very typical Norwegian Hotel chain, cleanliness could be better, breakfast spread was big, and the train/bus stations are just stone throw's away

The very sweet lady (Ms. Marha?) on the reception upgraded our room as well as gave awesome recommendations for nearby bars and clubs! The hotel itself was clean, and the breakfast spread was out of this world!

the location is great , just opposite the bus station . the breakfast is good and the chef is friendly as well , service is great .

Near bus station n train. Plenty of supermarket around.

The hotel is quiet and has a nice view, and it's very clean Besides, they upgraded the room. Thank you very much!! There is a bus terminal and a big mart right in front of you It's very convenient!!

The second visit at this property. Room, service, and breakfast are above average.

Parking opposite the hotel was free in a multi-storey car park. The hotel was relaxed. The bar food was expensive but that’s Norway! My hubby had the beef burger and said it was average. The staff were friendly The real plus was the breakfast it was fabulous. The choice was vast and the quality good. It took us 15 minutes walk to the centre of Bergen.

The hotel itself was very nice with amazing breakfast but we unfortunately were not as impressed with the room itself. The heating did not function so was cold and we could not work out how to switch the very small electric heater on. The shower also would randomly go freezing cold then hot which made it very unpleasant to use. The room was very small as well considering it was a "Superior King Size" room!

Very expensive. Not worth paying for a small room. No adaptor for overseas visitors…

This is a big hotel that is centrally located. Due do the numbers of people it has to deal with, the staff seem a little rushed at times, and the breakfast staff are run off their feet. Not as laid back as some of the smaller Scandic Hotels, but the rooms are a bit larger than average and well appointed.

I got a great room viewing the mountains. If you're above floor 5, you won't be level with the parking lot so it's probably even better. The breakfast buffet was delicious and so many options I couldn't choose. It seemed clean. The bed was like a cloud hugging you and I don't usually like soft beds. The shower has nice strong pressure. The staff were lovely. Bring your own toothpaste. Only thing was the fridge smelled weird.
