Anytime I travel to Odessa for business I chose to stay here at Best Western. It’s very comfortable and easy to check in with the friendly staff

Everything at this location is great except the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi goes in and out and makes it very hard to work especially in the later hours.

Nice clean hotel, very professional and friendly staff. Breakfast was just right for us. Local city information was available on display stand.

The property was fine and met the needs but they put us in a handicapped room and the bathroom was in no way handicap accessible. With having other family members that are handicapped that bathroom would not work! Then at breakfast there were bugs in the salt and pepper shaker!

Great hotel with excellent service and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great too.

We were placed in a 3rd floor room at the end of the hall near the stair exit. All of the doors are spring loaded so we were constantly hearing slamming doors. Then at 6am we were woken up by an extremely loud fire alarm, which turned out to be caused by someone getting their tortilla stuck in the warming machine in the breakfast area. Seems pretty ridiculous to wake up an entire hotel over something as minor as this!

First, I called the morning of my stay and spoke with Morgan. I told her we were coming in for a graduation that started at 4 and asked if we could check in just a little earlier to give us time to get ready. She was so kind and helpful! She made sure our rooms were ready, allowing us the time to get ready without a rush.

The room was nice, and clean, the linens were clean and smelled good. We stayed two nights, one week apart. The first stay the microwave did not work and the fridge was so frozen up it did not cool properly. The second night (Nov. 27) everythiing in the room worked (diff. room), it was quiet and nice. The only negative is the extremely bright LED thermastat light (on the unit)and the large, bright digital alarm clock lights in both rooms. The second night with some creativity, a paper plate and a couple band-aids, we covered the glare from both and slept really good!! The breakfast is great and we will probably stay again.

Clean nice rooms. Plenty of towels and pillows. Soft but firm very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Bountiful and well sorted breakfast. BW will be my preferred choice from now on. My stay was pleasant.

Staff was friendly, but hotel was not very clean. Supposed to be a clean room, but trash was not emptied and floors not vacuumed. Bathroom was disgusting.

Everything was great except the cleaniness not dirty but very dusty,air vent in restroom was dusty

The hotel is very nice, the room was comfortable, breakfast was great. We ending up staying 10 days. During that time , housekeeping only came twice to clean the bathroom, after being asked several time. The room was not vacuumed during our stay either.
