Ulasan Best Western Plus Surprise-Phoenix NW

I’ve probably used this hotel 30 times in the past 3 years for business and pleasure. Always clean and great staff. Perfect location in Surprise with safest neighborhood and most budget friendly price. Last visit Wife was happy they had hair net.

Short stay, clean room, friendly staff, near many restaurants. Reasonable price for the area. Will stay here again!

Great stay, pleasant staff, comfortable, safe area and close to shopping area. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome breakfast. Room was very spacious and had a sofa sitting area. Love BW

Tried to call the hotel multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. When I arrived to check in, the front desk attendant left to deliver towels to a room. She was gone for about 10 minutes. When I came back she had placed her cigarettes and lighter on the counter. When I left later in the afternoon to get food. The same front desk attendant that checked me in was on a personal phone call. The hotel phone was ringing for a while. I stopped to stare at the Front desk clerk, she saw me staring hung up her personal call and answer to the hotel phone. The level of service and cleanliness of the room was not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well this is my 2nd stay here. The rooms are nice. However, I am not sure why the doors are so high from the floor. I had to put a towel at the front door to keep sound from outside to come in.

Our room was very nice. Quiet stay, great breakfast and friendly staff. We would stay here again.

Problem w/ operating electronic door lock. Had keys re-magnetized. In one instance, I was trying to unlock the room door for a full minute. Room 216 electronic door lock needs to be serviced or replaced

A good basic place. No complaints, except for the firm mattress. Wish options could be provided for those of us who need a softer mattress.

Room was clean & quiet. Clock was wrong but we always check. Mini-fridge made a gurgling noise when running. Noticed once all was quiet in the room. Breakfast was above average with lots of choices. Will stay there again.

This property does not qualify to be a Best Western PLUS status as it is aged, worn, very weak appearance and in bad condition. We needed to stay an extra night but checked out to pay more at Hamptons Suites = disappointed.

Breakfast was ok, but the eggs and sausage was loaded with salt. Everything else was 5 Stars!

Everything was good except for the room key system, must have reset the key card 10 times or more but still it was the luck of the draw to get in.

Comfort, service and location was excellent. And the breakfast was good to!
