lcation is good, no noice from outside. naar city center. Breakfast is also good. Service is friendly, also to our dog. Only the room we got is smaller than what we have Booked?

Great place to stay, room was very clean and comfortable. Location near the train station too.

Service at front desk was awful, borderline rude, and everytime I asked anything from the front desk, they seemed very annoyed by my questions/requests since the moment of check-in. Maybe because I didn't speak German as most guests. The phone in the room was disconnected, no coffee machine in the room, and the sink was clogged when I moved in. Quite disappointing for a 4 stars hotel which is supposed to be one of the best in the region.

Hotel right next to main station was the only good thing. Not much “life” around the area. Good as a transfer point.

Near to Mannheim Train station and quite good restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staffs, clean hotel. No room slippers so the toilet floor is cold at night. Overall had a good stay here.

New hotel near central station. I liked a**osphere in hall with bar. Housekeepers are perfect.

Was perfect Hotel in Mannheim. I will recommand here to my mates.

호텔 방이 정말 깨끗하고 안락 합니다! 만하힘 시내중앙까지 가는 것도 가깝습니다 다만 만하임 중앙역 내리자 마자 올라오는 입구에는 엘리베이터가 없고 공사 중입니다. 짐이 무거울 경우에는 트럭을 타거나 택시를 타는 걸 추천합니다.

酒店很新，房間也很大，價位合理！ 真的無法跟中國比，一個城市的人口還趕不上國內一個鎮，本地的華人還是蠻多的

Wir haben das Hotel schon oft genutzt. Es ist jedes Mal wie ein "nach Hause kommen". Es bietet ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof hört man den Zugverkehr eigentlich nicht. Parken kann man im Parkhaus nebenan. Manchmal hat man auch Glück und findet einen freien Parkplatz im Außenbereich wobei man stets auf Parkeinschränkungen durch Anwohnerparkplätze achten sollte, denn sonst wird es teuer.

房間不錯，住得很舒適。前台態度一般，沒有很熱情也沒有很冷漠，退房的時候前台沒人，等了一會才有人過來。門口就是火車站，去海德堡十幾分鍾。距離大水塔步行十分鐘。價格算不錯了，不貴。

特別好的酒店，位置很好，這幾天在德國最好的，可能比較國際化。 從車站出來右轉再右轉進入2-12號站台路口，走出來就是酒店。 早贊也算不錯。
