Ulasan Holiday Inn Mannheim City - Hauptbahnhof

Location is great at the quiet neighbourhood. However, front desk folks are always not at their station during check in period. Whenever we are out or back to hotel, the lobby is always empty. When you need to enquiry something, you need to ring them. Their housekeeping is not checking when their guests will be checking out. They are opening each room to check.

lcation is good, no noice from outside. naar city center. Breakfast is also good. Service is friendly, also to our dog. Only the room we got is smaller than what we have Booked?

Great place to stay, room was very clean and comfortable. Location near the train station too.

Service at front desk was awful, borderline rude, and everytime I asked anything from the front desk, they seemed very annoyed by my questions/requests since the moment of check-in. Maybe because I didn't speak German as most guests. The phone in the room was disconnected, no coffee machine in the room, and the sink was clogged when I moved in. Quite disappointing for a 4 stars hotel which is supposed to be one of the best in the region.

Hotel right next to main station was the only good thing. Not much “life” around the area. Good as a transfer point.

Near to Mannheim Train station and quite good restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staffs, clean hotel. No room slippers so the toilet floor is cold at night. Overall had a good stay here.

New hotel near central station. I liked atmosphere in hall with bar. Housekeepers are perfect.

Was perfect Hotel in Mannheim. I will recommand here to my mates.

Schönes Hotel, trotz Nähe zum Bahnhof sehr ruhig, bequeme Betten, haben sehr gut geschlafen und kommen gerne wieder.

臨時行程中的小插曲，選了這家酒店，下火車後，發現酒店的位置太方便了，就在火車站的旁邊，環境好，服務態度也好，很滿意。

酒店的衞生很乾凈，內部環境很不錯，服務也很熱情，是此行遇到的年輕服務生着裝最正式的，設施很好，酒店門口就是有軌電車站十分方便！如果步行的話，大約幾分鐘的距離就有超市和中餐館！早餐很不錯啊！

酒店位於中央車站一側，地下通道直連車站各站台，設施較新，服務標準，早餐尚可，性價比較高，乘車轉車旅遊停留都很方便，車站飲食區近在咫尺，站外也有華人超市，吃東西很方便，值得推薦。
