For breakfast, we are given a choice of 3 different menú. No fruits are given. Location is excellent with 2 buses traveling towards the city centre where there are a lot of tourists. One of the buses is Tiran E Re. This bus makes a round of the city in either direction. You can take another bus from the city centre to a cable car place. The bus name is porcelin. You can take the Tiran E Re bus from the Tirana Bus station where coach buses end at. The Arc hotel is hidden from the sight from the main road. It is just behind the ALES building ( attached) where both buses pass by. There are a lot of amenties nearby. You can eat at kfc, pizza outlets, etc.

If you’re booking this hotel, it’s probably because the price. The hotel itself is nice. Big room with all essentials. However, it’s a bit far from the city center. During the day you can use the bus to the city center. In the evening, the bus comes to this area only until 10:30 PM. If you’re late your options are to either walk for 50 mins or get a taxi which is around €7-8. The sound proofing is not so great too. You will probably hear very clearly your neighbors. (I could hear some screaming from one of my neighbor 😉) The staff are very nice and friendly.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, good service but it is not so close to the center although you can go by bus or on foot and if you ask at the hotel they will call you a taxi that would cost about 7 euros. The truth is that quality for the price is not That's wrong

This was part of a mystery holiday deal... so our expectations was low. But we were surprised that the hotel was good. Area was a little scary at night but in daylight it was a great area with convience shops and food etc. Room was big with tv, air-conditioning and mini bar. Some slight issues... window was broken had to get maintenence in to help. Crack in window. Staff was very helpful.

Lady on reception is extremely kind, I think her name is Julija. Long hair! If you ask me , the whole team should learn from her! Special praise for the maid who was on shift with Julia on the day of our check out. Exceptional ladies! I would not comment on the gentleman at the reception.

We had room 302, large but very dirty carpet and the door did not close from the inside, as it was only one night we stayed. Room 220 was clean, well maintained and without carpet. The truth is that the staff was friendly, breakfast was good, choosing renovated rooms

Very good excursion, but the distances are very long and the roads leave a lot to be desired (unfinished or in poor condition), the people are very friendly in general, we have had an unpresentable rental car.

Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast but during the night the guy at the reception watches films or I don't know what all night at a high volume, disturbing me, I had also reported it to him one evening but apparently we didn't understand each other even though we told him clearly in Albanian, the rooms are cleaned and arranged only upon express request

Apart from the very polite and kind boy at the reception, everything else is just wrong! The property is located in a chaotic area with a carpentry shop right in front and with street parking if you can find it (among potholes and puddles). At first glance the entrance seems designer but it's only the color combination that makes it look like that! It doesn't have a bar area and above all it doesn't have a lift which by the way although they tell you that the rooms are only on the first floor this isn't the case because there is a mezzanine more! My room only had a curtain without shutters and therefore had a clear view from the outside but was still equipped with multicolored LEDs! The bed was low and had a not very comfortable mattress as well as exposed pipes and walls that needed retouching. The bathroom with anti-splash curtain. All this leads you to think that it is not really a 4 star hotel but more of a hostel! I immediately left the room changing structure but I had to pay the full amount as per the ******* rules which the manager reiterated that had to be respected. Furthermore, he hadn't sold the room to others so he had lost even if I offered him half the amount and he offered me another room which was also unsold? Be careful with the rating! The price is good but not much compared to other even better structures! However it was clean but I repeat suitable for kids traveling with backpacks and adventures certainly not a hotel for families or business!!
