The hotel location is kinda perfect for people using the train from the airport, cheap and the service was good. Plz note : no airport shuttle… use the train.

Everything is correct except the mattress....

The staff were super friendly, they helped me get settled in and gave me earplugs to sleep. The room was small but cozy, the bad thing was the air conditioning that was super strong and I was cold. I ordered dinner and I was able to have it there in the room because the common areas are not very spacious.

The location is very good, there is a big shopping mall next to it. The inside is very clean and new, and there may not be many people there. The boss is also very nice and handsome, but there is no ventilation and no kitchen.

Okay, the facility looked clean. If you ever go to Tama, think about it because it's cheap.

The only time I leave google reviews is to warn people, but if you decide to stay here, be aware of my honest review. For one, DO NOT up pay for a private room. There is no proper air ventilation, and it almost resembles a prison cell. Regular beds are just beds in the main room divided by curtains as walls, so if someone makes noise, sure you will hear it. I notified the receptionist about the air quality in the private room and was ignored several times, so I contacted the primary host about it. They accommodated by putting a fan in the room, and I was grateful. Regardless I slept with the door open. They left me my first and only bad review on Airbnb, stating I cheated them out by paying in pesos (Mexican money). There are two issues with this. For one, I live in the USA and do not own pesos, and for two, I only paid using my credit card except for a tiny cup of tea and three pieces of paper that accumulated around 3 euros. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I went with fear to see if there were bedbugs or something, to my surprise the room was clean, the bathroom was impeccable and the showers were more of the same, I really liked it in a hurry, the bad things can be heard, but we can't demand too much either.

I went to spend just one night, with a reserved bunk bed, and I was pleasantly surprised that they gave me a room. double for me alone!! BRYAN revived me very well, as did RAFAEL, the night boy, who took great care of me in the morning! In general for the price I paid it was very good (thanks to the room. I admit that the bunk bed would not have been the same, a lot of noise and bad smell) The SHOWER was a 10 (lots of pressure, hot and clean water) OK BATHROOM and very comfortable bed !!!

Estuve la semana pasada por una noche y no quise repetir una segunda... a las 7 de la mañana las luces encendidas y nadie respeta el silencio. Al hacérselo saber en mi check out a la recepcionista (una latina de unos 30 años) muy mal educada y recriminándome el que es mi culpa por no haberme levantado a decirle nada a ella para gestionar la situación... No recominedo, se duerme mal y las instalaciones estan mal y sobretodo el trato de los recepcionistas...

Sinceramente no me esperaba mucho de este sitio porque yo solo quería un lugar para dormir y descansar en los días que me quedé en Madrid, y me sorprendió para bien. Fui en verano, en donde usualmente hace un calor insoportable, aunque en el hostal tenían aire acondicionado y había una temperatura perfecta. El baño está limpio, y las duchas son bastante cómodas (aunque al cerrarlas hay que tener cuidado porque puede atrancarse la puerta). El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo siempre y cuando vayas con intención de dormir y nada más, porque es un sitio bastante comunitario. Perfecta relación calidad-precio.
