套房面積較大，適合一家三口出行，空調也很給力，酒店停車場很大。離大瀑布約30分鐘，離pen center10分鐘左右，去哪裡都很方便

This is an outstanding property with spacious and clean suites. The staff are very helpful and the food, drinks and service at the hotel restaurant are excellent!

The hotel restaurant is for a "hotel-restaurant" surprisingly very good. The staff is very warm and friendly, courteous and efficient. The menu is short but covers a very good range of possibilities.

Old building, very dirty rooms, clogged washrooms and hair everywhere. Even the linen were not clean. Staff not helpful at all. Avoid!

We had high hopes for this property since the price was much higher than the other hotels in the area. When you walk in the hotel looks beautiful, the main lobby seems to be very invested unlike the rooms and the hallways. Our room did not have a closet, the iron and ironing board was on the floor which is a huge safety hazard specially for kids which we have two of. The second safety hazard was the broken ac/heater which was broken in the middle with exposed sharp plastic. The other thing we were very disappointment with was that one of the bed sheets had a big yellow stain. The bathroom door also did not close correctly. All in all we were very unhappy with the room and hotel, the pool was tiny and the areas of the gym and pool were dirty and seemed like it had not been cleaned for a while. Very disappointed.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful! Restaurant was a great surprise! Food was excellent and staff was wonderful.

Clean, and comfortable rooms with decent amenities. Rooms looked like the pictures but the beds and sofas were pretty soft and worn. Ok for overnight stay though.

The room is spacious but the minor thing is we only we got 1 Bottle water. Usually hotel give 2 bottles

I liked the rooms and cleanliness. The restaurant was closed. There was no cook.

We were on the main floor near the lobby and at 6am I could hear the lobby music. Otherwise the rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Very close to Brock University.

Rooms were big and private. The rooms allowed us to put the kids to bed and let us stay up.
