setidaknya saluran CNN dan HBO.... hotelnya bagus. stafnya profesional dan ramah. kolam renangnya bersih dan tenang. AC di kamar agak bising (tepat di samping tempat tidur) dan kesulitan menurunkan suhu di musim panas (udara dingin masuk ke lantai 1. saya kira itu akan menjadi sebaliknya di musim panas dan lantai 1 jalan akan sulit untuk dihangatkan. isolasi suara yang bagus. Dupleksnya bagus dan terasa seperti apartemen. saya pasti akan kembali.

The hotel staff were exceedingly friendly, courteous and professional. Hotel service was excellent and the room was utterly comfortable. We were able to have a romantic and relaxing weekend together. I highly recommend staying in the business loft room. Thank you to the hotel staff, we look forward to our next visit.

Comfortable big room. Had two floors. Was very worth the cost

Great location, service was great. All the gentlemen and ladies were ready to help, Candy helped me to change rooms when I needed to extend my stay. Breakfast has some varieties. Staff speak English which is helpful. Swimming pool, a little bit disappointed with people taking pictures and videos of my family. Overall, good stay.

I think the hotel management has to improve the behaviors of the employees, because I forgot to book the breakfast and I order it extra at restaurant, the restaurant manager bothered me 3 times with his bill. I think it can be processed more polite. I know that hotel few years ago and I has to say the quality is going low It’s like a 3 Star Chinese hotel

首次入住酒店就升級到套房，服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去，特別是我落下了東西小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，環境很棒，複式房型有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，下次還會選擇他們家，特別喜歡。

來合肥出差，朋友説這家酒店不錯，實際確實很好，前台服務態度很好，進門也有人主動幫我搬行李，房間也寬敞明亮乾淨衞生，住的很舒服，早餐也不錯，種類多也很好吃，下次如果還來合肥的話，還會選擇這家酒店的。

設施：細節非常出色，無論是客房設施還是公共區域設施都讓人印象深刻 衞生：床單毛巾等衞浴設施都很乾凈 服務：從入住到退房，酒店的員工都表現出了極高的職業素養和服務水平。他們熱情地為我們解答各種問題，提供了很多有用的旅遊建議。

房間佈置整潔舒適，居住期間感受到家的温馨，酒店員工熱情周到，服務態度非常好，位置交通便利，出行方便。 隔壁1912很熱鬧的，早餐菜品美味可口，超出我們的預期，價格也很合理，性價比較高。
