The housekeeper was very nice. We went out shopping and had no place to put our luggage, so the housekeeper helped to keep our luggage until the afternoon. When we arrived at the lobby, he immediately sent it downstairs as soon as we called, and he was also very polite.

The location is very good. We booked this hotel temporarily because we were in transit. First, Uber couldn't find it because the name of the hotel had changed. Second, the hotel rented out some of the rooms to a management company, which is like AirBnB. There was no service. After we arrived, the hotel notified the management company to arrange our check-in. We waited for 20 minutes! And we only got one room card. When we got to the room, the door was open... The smell of room cleaner was super strong! There was nothing, no water, very old!

The name of the hotel was deceived. It turned out to me that it was not the apartments of the previous address hotel. When I contacted the reception, he told me that they were personal apartments. When I arrived, I found hair on the towels and they were yellow in color from dirt. The bedding was not clean, which led to me not sleeping. There was I have a picture of my daughter's socks that shows you the amount of dirt in the room .. For your information, I contacted them about the name fraud... and the reservation money was refunded due to their lack of credibility, and it was rejected... which forced me to book another hotel.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable to stay. We will be back again soon! Thank you Four Apple Holiday Homes for the lovely stay. Especially to Mr. Azhar for accommodating my family, and my husband's family. We enjoyed our stay for the holiday.

The residence was wonderful. Everyone on the staff definitely goes above and beyond to ensure an amazing experience. The location is also perfect, as you have access direct access to Dubai mall.Staff Azhar is amazing 😍
