Great location, food and friendly staff. Beautiful room and spacious but had problem with hot water for all 3days.

The stay was really terrible, the staff were making noise all night long and early in the morning, the sleep was disrupted multiple times during the stay!
there was a call at 12:40 in the night from the reception asking for the adapter which i had borrowed to charge my phone ! it was insane

Stay was a nightmare. The room given to me was filthy to say the least. Towels were town and shabby - had to request them to change the towels the first thing. The bathroom was one of the most untidy ones i have come across. Western closet had marks all over it, bathroom floors looked as if it had not been washed in ages. The bedsheets on the mattress were horrible with stains all over. And yeah, the rooms are full of cockroaches and mosquitoes. Room service did replace the towels for us and helped with a mosquito repellent and their service on my specific ask was helpful.

As per price property not upto mark even i have book deluxe room and there is proper item like clothes hanging and toilet item and also toilet not clean and tavel very hard!
