Ulasan Comfort Hotel Tendo

The staff was nice. The location is far from the main attractions, especially when it snows. Trains are terminated because of heavy snow, which makes commuting dreadful. Breakfast was very delicious. The room itself is good. But what I noticed housekeeping just changed towels, but they did not clean the floor. However, I liked the hotel. Amenities were not sufficient. No skin care was provided.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, staff is friendly and helpful. Limited parking space surrounding the hotel, but they got you covered, just check with the staff and they will sort it out for you. Accommodation comes with free breakfast, and it's really amazing, you will be surprised by the varieties they served.

Stayed here with my husband. Was an uneventful stay and really ticked all boxes. Clean and simple

Excellent location which is just 5 minutes walk from Tendo station.

Subway is just round the corner, 5 minutes walk. Staffs were friendly, breakfast was good. The hotel offers welcome drink ( coffee, tea and ice lemon water) from 2pm to 12 midnight.

Location is good and close by to a lot of convienience shop. Breakfast buffet is good.

Great and convenient location from the train station and airport. For exploring Tendo and Ginzan onsen, front desk is helpful in guiding us for our sightseeing to Yamadera. Peaceful place, with a nice breakfast with local fruit juice and delicious fruits. Very appreciated. Can improve slightly for the pillow and bed and it would be amazing.

The hotel has free parking spaces that can be parked until 10 am, which is very good. However, when we checked in after dinner, the parking spaces in front of the hotel lobby were full. The staff directed us to a parking building next door and gave us free parking coupons.

It's just about a 1-minute walk from Tendo Station.. The breakfast is good.. Although there are not many styles, every dish is delicious, and everything you need is there. The room space is also OK. The front desk staff is very friendly👍👍

The room was a good size and had no problem opening two large suitcases. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were too thin. Breakfast starts at 6:30, which is good for a business hotel, especially the variety of breads is quite attractive.  There are only about 10 parking spaces outside the hotel. Once they are full, you can park in another large parking lot about 60 meters away.

The room is bigger than the one in Yamagata and not too far from the station, about 3 to 5 minutes away. There is no extra charge for children. The breakfast is pretty good for hotels of the same level.
