Clean and cheap.hotel with free breakfast. Breakfast is good but very short time from 7 to 9am only. Check in is easy and counter girl is friendly.

Great location. Older hotel/motel, but very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was limited. No hot food, but did have good coffee with french vanilla creamer, always a plus. Hours for breakfast 0700-0900, which is kinda short, but doable. Toilet moved when getting up off it, but office closed when we left, so couldn't let them know. Free parking on site.

Very convenient hotel in walking distance to Hot Springs, Ropeway, Mexican Tequila Restaurant . Very friendly staff at the reception. They offered Hot Springs admission for $27 when it's $39 on site.

This is a great place for an overnight! We were welcomed warmly, the room was clean and comfortable, there was a great continental breakfast and gathering room, and it was walking distance from the cute downtown area. Great stay!

This is a solid hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean. Location is near many attractions and an easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping. Price wise, reasonable for the area. Only real down side is parking.

Property owners were super nice, when our fridge went out we had a new one out in within a hour. Breakfast was also super good!! Will be staying again in the future

The room was very small. The TV had issues, 3 channels didn't have sound and the reception was fuzzy. Because of the small size of the room it would be nice to have a lounge area.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was clean and furniture was in good condition. My only complaint is that they didn’t have eggs and bacon at the continental breakfast.

Great location, easy walk to the hot springs! Quiet and clean room. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been if coffee was available in the room.

Rooms were nice with good amenities-microwave, refrigerator/freezer, free wifi, in-shower/sink soap and shampoo dispensers. VERY nice breakfast options-much more than a continental breakfast. Office staff were helpful whenever I went in for assistance.
