Ulasan Premier Inn London Southwark (Southwark Station)

衞生和國內漢庭差不多。勝在位置好，去各大景點近。周圍吃飯的地方超多，而且還不錯。

設施：很不錯喲！ 衞生：很好的衞生條件 環境：交通便利 服務：很不錯的服務

房間乾淨整潔，交通方便，但是可能離火車線比較近，有點聲音影響，如果不介意的話酒店就比較合適，價格方面也比較適中

房間很乾凈，進出也很方便！

The room was overall decent, but the pillows were quite uncomfortable, resulting in a poor night’s sleep. However, the aspect that disappointed me the most was the dishonesty of the staff. My friend accidentally left her AirPods in the room and when we called the hotel for assistance, we were informed that all housekeeping staff had gone home and nothing had been reported. We took it upon ourselves to search for the lost item and eventually located the AirPods. After providing the hotel with the details, they were eventually returned to us, but unfortunately, they were damaged. This experience left us feeling frustrated and unvalued as guests.

This wasn't my best experience of a Premier Inn. I arrived at 2.10pm, not realising check in was at 3pm. I was offered an early check in for £10, so went for a coffee and came back. Dead on 3pm the three self check ins were available but only one was working so I joined the queue to check in. When I did get to my room, no decaf coffee and had to trek back downstairs to be told its over there (by front door) this information at check in would have been nice. The room was a lovely normal premier inn room. It was really nice to have a bath! There were however a few let downs:: 1. No net curtains and the window faced other rooms, so I had to keep the curtains shut all the time. 2. Unable to open window for any fresh air. 3. The heating. I could only take it down to 19 degrees or off. There was no air con or fan provided, so had a very restless sleep. Then...the breakfast. It wasn't too busy but the one waitress seemed to be run ragged. Lots of the hot food was not restocked for customers. The fried eggs had obviously been sat there for a while and were very rubbery. For the London price I paid, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Near to the center and Thameslink. Quiet. Super Check-in and check-out. Nice room. Clean. Pleasant stay

A great hotel and everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. Located one minute walk from the underground station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. I will stay here again

My partner and I decided to book this hotel after much looking around for the right location and price for what we wanted. I'm very glad we did as the hotel's location was brilliant as it's close to everything, including the station for when we wanted to get the tube to go a bit further out. Check-in was so quick and easy on the self-serve screens and the room was perfect for what we needed - modern, clean, tea and coffee facilities and a nice comfy bed! We didn't need to interact with staff much but when we did, they were are very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again when we visit London again as it was everything we needed in a very convenient location!

Great stay at this hotel again. Very close to Southwark underground . Only issue this time was the room Don't have room 82 it's on the side where you breakfast . Nice during the day but in the early mornings around 5-530 someone stacks, throws something against the wall . It shakes the whole room and Wakes you up . Sounds like a trolly going along and stacking up food all the way along must be for the restaurant its very noisy AVOID ROOM 82

Great location close to public transport and amenities whilst quiet. New refurbishment with comfortable bed, lovely double shower, everything you need for a good night’s rest. Staff is efficient, helpful and accommodating. We are most happy with this hotel and will recommend it.

Great place to stay for sight seeing of london. Easy to find from waterloo station 10 minute walk. 20 minutes from the london eye

A small, but pretty convenient room. Great breakfast and dinner. The stuff was really helpful. The hotel we stayed at was located in southwark and the area was near almost all the sites we saw. I am very satisfied with the hotel and if I visit London again I will definitely stay at a Premier Inn hotel.👍👍👍

Comfortable beds, a wonderful breakfast with a variety of tasty food and a really nice dinner as well. A small room but yet convenient with all the necessary objects. Very helpful stuff that give you all the information you need. Really nice view and amzing location since it is at the center of London. I would totally recommend it.
