Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah hotel yang sangat bagus, cocok untuk liburan dan relaksasi, SPA hotelnya sangat bagus! Sangat bersih, nyaman dan lengkap. Seluruh bangunan berusia lebih dari satu abad dan hotel ini memiliki museum sendiri yang sangat menarik. Saya merapikan tempat tidur sendiri pada malam check-in, tetapi sepertinya tidak ada layanan merapikan tempat tidur. Saya menemukan noda darah seukuran kepalan tangan di bawah seprai tipis di salah satu tempat tidur. Saya terkejut karena begitu yang jelas room servicenya agak asal-asalan dan tidak mungkin tidak melihatnya. Saya segera menelepon staf layanan. Seorang anak laki-laki dan perempuan yang tampak seperti pekerja magang menjelaskan kepada saya dengan sangat tidak berdaya bahwa noda darah bukan di seprai, tetapi di kasur... Sebuah keluarga beranggotakan tiga orang datang ke sini selama liburan musim panas dan memesan junior suite. Ada dua tempat tidur berukuran 1,4 dengan sedikit celah di tengahnya. Pada dasarnya tidak masalah bagi dua orang dewasa untuk tidur siang.
Kamarnya luas, bersih dan nyaman, dan Anda dapat menikmati keuntungan anggota klub, termasuk check-in lebih awal, teh sore klub, sarapan, dll.

A good hotel stay will always make a trip an overall better experience. I definitely recommend Westin Kyoto.
All the staff are well-trained with super good service.
I asked for directions to the garden, the staff stopped his work and brought me to the garden.
Had a bumpy flight in and end up reaching hotel at 10pm. The wonderful service made the first night much better after the full day ordeal.
The hotel is near cafes though there is no mart nearby.
Just beside a subway. So it’s very convenient. They have shuttle bus to Kyoto Station.

Room was very spacious, very clean and amenities are the level of a 6 star hotel with high quality toiletries, sothys facial and body products. The bed is very comfortable with thick topper. The best part: amazing breakfast spread and quality of food top notch, many Japanese selections and international options. The natural onsen feels imperial, grand and very clean. Gym and indoor pool are good too. And to top it off, they even prepared a delicious strawberry cake for my birthday and free upgrade to suite

My mother and I absolutely loved staying at Westin Miyako for our celebratory Kyoto trip. The renovated room was spacious and beautiful with excellent bedding and well appointed amenities. We enjoyed using the spa and dining at the buffet. The hotel is a bit away from sites but we didn’t mind because we preferred quiet stay. The area is peaceful and walking to nanzenji area was great. Most of all, we thank all the staff who were so kind and so helpful to us, making our stay wonderful!

The hotel location is not extremely convenient, it's not 100% clean and you can find some dust around. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The location is out of the way but they have free shuttle to the train station. Overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed the spa thoroughly!

This hotel is amazingly good. Gotten free room upgrade and the room is very big. There are nice gardens, sauna, gym and swimming pool in the hotel.
Had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back again if I am in Kyoto.

I booked Junior Suite for 4 nights. Upon arriving the hotel, hotel staff was already waiting at the lobby. She led us to the Club at the 3rd floor to check in and arranged our luggage to deliver to our room. We had a few drinks and some Tapas at the Club before approaching to the room. The Club offers free flow of champagne, wine and drinks as well as snacks all day, it’s really a nice place to chill out before or after formal meal. Breakfast buffet at the 2/F was nice. A large variety of choices were available. I tried the massage service at the 2/F. It was nice too. Hotel staff got great hospitality. On check out date, they delivered our luggage to Kyoto Station for us to pick up there after our morning tour in Kyoto. Very thoughtful arrangement.

This hotel is amazing. I only didn’t like the onsen rules to be naked this is something very odd for tourists who are not used to this habit. You should give two options since we came for onsen but couldn’t make it unfortunately
