Bilik kotor bau lipas..lipas dlm mangkuk tandas...dlm bilik ada lipis..cawan kotor bkeladak..

Tandas sangat kotor! Nak pijak lantai pun geli. Cadar katil macam tak basuh je. Adik i pun ada book jugak 2 bilik yg lain. Tandas pun sama tetap kotor! Tolong la pihak hotel nk beli berus jamban pun tak mampu ke??

Convenient stay as its just nearby hospital selayang. However having difficulty to locate the hotel at first. I booked a studio room and satisfied with the room, however cleanliness should be improved. When i entered the room, it filled with musty hapak smell, i need to spray my perfume to reduce the odour🥲 otherwise everything is good😊

Overal the room was spacious but there is unpleasant smell in the bathroom...the workers are all very friendly and polite

Less than 10 minutes from Hospital Selayang which become an ideal choice for me as too tired to go back and forth and I can get a rest during long journey drive. Visit patient is very convenience, save time and walkable to food places and groceries. Bonus points is free parking available.

i was totally too disappointed with the female indonesian receptionist..she should try to solve the issues rather than blaming here & there..what i ask from her is only could i change the room as the wifi in my room was way way way like in stone ages..cant even get any..hence i ask & she instruct me to come at counter..but when i already pack all my things & went to the counter, she said she misheard on what i said..too down & feel so disappointed with my visit this time..tv channel also got 1 or 2 channel only..please..room hygiene is a must..both of your cup in the room are already too yellowish, mosquitoes everywhere, cockroaches & dust..did you clean the room properly before guess check in?

The toilet was smelly. The pillow wasn't clean and smelly until can't use. The pillow which is keep cabinet was smelly and yellowish. The floor is slippery. The matt was a torn towel and even doesn't get the water. Totally not recommended
