My room was without a window. I would not recommend it ever. I would not allow by law any hotel in China to sell a windowless rooms because they are a hazard, especially if a gas leak is in question. There is nowhere for the gas to go, so a person trapped in such room would certainly die. Also, it is a fire hazard. The hotel was dirty, very dirty. You can see from my photos, hairs were everywhere in bathroom and in the room (on the table, bed, floor). I had to clean everything with my alcohol wet wipes. They did not even try to hide how they keep the used bedding laundry in a dirty room, putrid, literally putrid. The door of that room was left open so anybody could see. They were completely shameless about their dirt. The white pillow cases were of a yellow hue, greasy. Obviously they do not bleach those bed sheets and pillow cases. Bathroom towels were rugs, ripped on the edges. My room was without window, oppressive stench of mold and mildew was coming from the very dirty AC, which had some strange dirty holes in it. Because of the unbearable stench of the mold and health hazard, I had to shut down the AC. The door knob was green rusty, sticky and dirty. Fake leather of the bed was damaged by somebody obviously dropping cigarette on it and damaging it. That fake leather thing above the bed looked old, outdated with dirty and sticky plug-ins. Toilet seat was at least twice smaller than the toilet bowl. There was a strange high stepped bathroom floor, so when you enter the bathroom the ceiling is lower, not suitable for tall people. The building is old and dirty, where delivery men are allowed to go up on elevator and behave like wild animals. Nobody spoke a word of English in this hotel. My room was quite dark room, depressive and damp. If thee hotel is a budget hotel, it does not mean that it needs to be dirty this much.

Our engineering team is rechecking the ventilation to ensure optimal airflow.Regarding Cleanliness:The hygiene standards you described are unacceptable and do not reflect our protocols. We have conducted urgent retraining with our housekeeping team, revised cleaning checklists, and upgraded our linen sanitization process (now using high-temperature washing and food-grade chlorine bleach). The area you observed with stored linens was a temporary holding zone for outdated items slated for disposal—this has been cleared, and all fresh linens are now sealed in hygienic packaging. We are also implementing unannounced third-party hygiene audits to ensure consistent quality.Regarding Facilities:We acknowledge wear and tear on certain items (e.g., door handles, AC units). Rust-resistant handles are being installed, AC ducts are undergoing deep cleaning, and damaged furniture is scheduled for replacement this month. To address the bathroom step height concern, we will add room layout videos to our website to help guests make informed bookings.Regarding Language Support:We apologize for any communication gaps. Our front desk staff do receive English training, and we are equipping them with real-time translation devices.As a budget hotel, we strive to balance affordability with safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Good place to crash if you need some hours to sleep . Location is in the heart of many western restaurants (if that’s your thing ) The room I had you have to step into the toilet and shower area . Drain wasn’t draining fast enough so the shower floor would become a small pool . Good heat

It is a bit gar from subway station but bus stop is near. it is bad that room i stay the smell of sewage filled the room. the other its good for fee and location.

The room was basic but beautiful and modern, quite like in the pictures. The stuff was very professional and eager to help (with a basic knowledge of English language as well, which is rare in China, most don't speak/understand English at all) . The location is good, near metro and railway stations, banks, stores etc.

We had a room with just a small window, shower is clean but has no separation to the toilet, so after taking a shower, everything is wet. Cheap stay in JingAn area, big variety of restaurants around.

You almost can't find a better deal; anything cheaper will be much less quality or not as good location (except Pujue hotel near zhongshan park; it is slightly better and a good comparison)

Good location, there's a few cafes, bars and restaurants around. The hotel was pretty clean and had enough amenities. Small , standard size rooms. The hotel attendant was very stern with the ID checking, but that provides a sense of security.
