Jo Hotel

UBICACIÓN: aunque esta muy cerca de todo, porque esta cerca de la zona de rascacielos, y de las grandes avenidas, todo lo que rodea el hotel son talleres viejos y mugrientos llenos de ratas y suciedad. Las vistas por lo tanto, son a esos talleres viejos y destrozados sucios. Solo se ven chapas metálicas y suciedad. ZONAS COMUMES: son bastante pequeñas. No se parece a las fotos, diminuto, pero huele muy bien todo. PERSONAL: muy atentos todos y amables, lo mejor del hotel HABITACION: cogí una habitación superior deluxe con balcón para no tener disgustos. no se parece nada a la de la foto. Muy pequeña y no tiene esa ventana corredera que abre todo entero al balcón el baño tampoco abre todo entero como en la foto. La cama es cómoda. El baño tiene unos acabados terribles. Hay suciedad y hongos. La mampara de la ducha tiene huecos por donde sale el agua, llenando el suelo del baño de agua. El lavamanos desprende mala olor porque no tiene un bote sinfónico, en su lugar hay un tubo que no evita que suba el olor, y da nauseas cuando te lavas los dientes o la cara. El balcón esta lleno de heces de paloma y las sillas están quemadas y sucias. La habitación solo la limpian cada dos días. Se agradece que repongan el agua y los cafés cada dos días. PISCINA: este es el punto que mas me ha molestado. La piscina es muy pequeña, diminuta. Pero eso no es lo peor, lo peor es que cada dia montan fiestas y se llena de gente que no esta alojada en el hotel, y los del hotel no podemos hacer uso de la piscina porque está llena. Desde las 14 o 15 del medio día llega gente de fuera del hotel cargados con bolsas y bolsas de alcohol y bebidas y ponen la música a tope hasta la noche. Se ponen a beber dentro de la piscina y el agua está terriblemente sucia. No entiendo como el propietario del hotel permite que se hagan esas fiestas donde no saca ningún beneficio porque se traen su propio alcohol. En cambio si la gente del hotel pudiera hacer uso de la piscina, consumiría bebidas o cócteles y el hotel tendría un beneficio. Una pena que lo gestionen así. Ni siquiera se podía usar el ascensor porque lo usaban continuamente la gente de fuera. Un despropósito. Hubiera sido genial poder bañarme y tomar unos cócteles con una piscina , una pena En conclusión, jamás volvería a este hotel ni lo recomendaría

I stayed at this hotel for 11 days as I was working in the area and didn't need or want to be in tourist area. The immediate area is busy with car and motorbike garages but that wasn't an issue for me. There are coffee shops and supermarkets in close vicinity to meet your needs. Sarona market and a large Designer Mall are just a short walk away. There are buses that will take you into Tel Aviv and the beaches. If you're brave you could take a scooter. I had a room only booking so can't comment on the breakfast, although it sounded pricey at 80 NIS a head. I had a fridge, coffee machine and kettle in my room, so I could purchase snacks for my own consumption. The hotel provided coffee, coffee capsules, tea bags of different sorts, water bottle and paper cups. They were happy to provide me with milk, but I purchased my own and kept it in the fridge. There was no hotel restaurant open the rest of the day, but you could use Wolt to deliver! My room was on 6th floor and had a balcony. The bedroom had a double bed which was very comfortable, a desk, large TV with multiple channels and Netflix and YouTube options. There was aircon, so it was easy to sit in doors for the day and work. The bathroom had a shower, toilet and sink, which were all clean and useable, there was a strange smell that I couldn't locate but it wasn't too problematic. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion were all available as well as clean small and large towels. I only managed to get to the rooftop pool a couple of times. The space is small and there are sunbeds and chairs. Opening times are limited to 10.30-5pm although I am aware that people were using it at other times. Clean pool towels are available with changing rooms and toilets. There is a bar although it wasn't open when I visited. The only issues were that there were no clothes hanging space, only a set of drawers instead I used the hooks in the bathroom to hang my work dresses. Also I had an electric failure of plugs for fridge and coffee machine/kettle - the staff moved these into the bedroom with the promise that this would be fixed and resited. This did happen, so I was happy that they kept their word. There is a safe in the room which is free to use. The cleaners came everyday, sometimes I was working in my room, but they were polite and friendly, so I want to say thank you for their hard work I was very happy at Jo Hotel, some staff were friendlier than others but I had little dealings with them most of the time. They were responsive if I did have any issues.
